We had a pleasant experience with the used sales rep Chance, who has since quit. However, when we brought the truck home and ran it through a car wash, it was clear that the seals on the back and back right window were not intact as water began pouring through. Chance and his manager happily asked us to bring the truck back (an hour away) so that they could fix it, which was HIGHLY appreciated.

This is when the disaster began. We dropped our truck off on a Tuesday, the used car sales manager said that he would get us an equivalent car but gave us a 4 door sedan that BARELY fit our family of 5. We then asked the service rep who was at the desk to take care of the truck and his response was " I don't know anything about that boss". He then suggested that we walk over to the used sales office. We asked for him to call them. He calls, they show up and they take the vehicle. The truck was ready on that Monday and stated that a brake light needed to be fixed. This sounded incorrect but I went ahead and took my lunch break and drove over to Rosenberg to get the truck. When I arrived, they couldn't find our truck keys and I was forced to wait over 30 min to receive my truck. The service rep stated the guy "who was working on my truck, left for lunch". I was patient, received the truck and left.

That next day my husband ran the truck through the carwash and yet again, water came POURING through our windows. I had, had enough. I called and got ahold of Anthony (very patient and customer service friendly) who said that he would have a guy come pick up the truck and swap again for the car. The truck arrived last Wednesday, it is now a week and 2 days and I have had to call SEVERAL times to get ahold of anyone to get an answer. the ONLY person who responds and follows up is Anthony.

There is NO communication between services, sales and inspections. Nobody is capable of following up to get updates and to top it off, we have a payment coming up in which we are paying for a truck we have had possession of for a total of 4 days.

This is completely unacceptable and I plan to follow up with the dealership to make this right in addition to fixing the truck. I will not ever come back to the dealership if nothing is done to make it right.

Again, Anthony...great job. The rest of the team could use a lesson in customer service.
