I made my service appointment over 2 weeks out for...

I made my service appointment over 2 weeks out for standard oil change, tire rotation etc and also 3 recalls. At the end of my service appointment day I was told that one of the recalls couldn't be completed due to lack of parts. Why weren't the parts available given the fact that I notified them over 2 weeks before I came in. A second trip was required.

The service rep was great and the actual service was also great. No complaints. Something in the process slipped.
