Ever worked here. In itself great company and good atmosphere, but the Complaints department is a damper, a nightmare. Incomprehensible that a professional company has hired kind of housewives for administrative work and not well-trained experts with diplomas in their pocket.

Really really bad. Communication about the car is totally wrong with what you actually get. All they say is that it is not their fault and it is ... No other solution, nothing at all. Emailed several times, nothing. They honestly don't care what you think of them, as long as you pay. Tip: Pay more with another provider who is honest about what they offer.

Have two cars from this tent, bus is broken after 1 year, just called, we have help and repair in our contract but the lady on the line says that she can not do anything for us. The biggest mistake in my life is that I have leased cars at Leaseplan and have not bought them myself. Now wait until the contracts are finished and get out of here, never to come back. Don't make the same mistake!

Echt zo'n slechte communicatie binnen deze organisatie, maar daarom zijn de prijzen ook erg laag t.o.v. andere leasemaatschappijen.
Ik wilde een tweede auto leasen voor ons bedrijf leasen en dit was eerst niet mogelijk. Toen kon het wel als ik 3 maanden zou aanbetalen. Naja prima dit doen we dan maar. Toen kreeg ik te horen "nee, kan toch niet. Je kunt geen auto leasen bij ons". Ik aangegeven dat ik al een auto lease bij Leaseplan en altijd netjes heb betaald. Ik wil zelfs de helft aanbetalen van het totale leasebedrag, maar zelfs dit kon niet. Gaat echt om peanut bedrag.
We gaan de bestaande auto die we al leasen bij leaseplan in ieder geval ook inleveren en betalen maar al te graag de boete. We willen een partner waar we mee kunnen groeien. De zin: "Goedkoop is duurkoop" is hier perfect van toepassing.

With credit assessment online there is no possibility to upload payslips from multiple employers. Weird. Plus: variable income is not taken into account. Application for a private lease was therefore initially rejected. Only after I uploaded 12 payslips from 2 employers in 6 months as 1 large pdf (yes, must also be computer nerd) was my application finally approved after a few tantrums. The persistent wins, but what an amateurism. The help desk is also not too great; I was put on hold for half an hour and then the connection was broken. Not too bad start Leaseplan! Tip: 2 or 3 boxes for upload for multiple employers and a box for comments. I have to go private lease with this company for 5 years, but I already have a bad feeling about it.

Communication often goes wrong. Changes in personeeel is high. No permanent employee who picks up the case, new employee does not read in briefly, etc.etc. Internal procedures are there to save money and not to deliver quality. etc etc Employees are great, just follow the procedures.

Wat een waardeloze/slechte communicatie.

Vorige week kreeg ik alweer de 3de email dat de auto later geleverd gaat worden en zonder enige informatie waarom.
Alleen krijg je die email 6 dagen voor de aangegeven leverweek waardoor ik er al vanuit was gegaan dat de auto geleverd zou worden en dus nu geen auto meer heb om naar mijn werk te gaan.

Als reactie op de mail heb ik een klachten email retour gestuurd met de vraag waarom de auto dan later geleverd gaat worden en of er eventueel een tussen oplossing mogelijk is.
Maar tot op heden heb ik nog geen reactie terug gehad, lekker klantvriendelijk dus. (niet)

Daarom raad ik het ook af om hier een auto te leasen, omdat als er wat mis gaat er totaal geen communicatie is en er niet met je meegedacht wordt voor een goede oplossing.

Very dubious practices: car ordered in February. After calling several times when the car is delivered, each time a different person on the line, always the same answer: "we don't know". In the meantime, I have had direct contact with the manufacturer, which is evident in their file: Leaseplan has indicated that the car can only be released on October 7. In the meantime, no possibility whatsoever to raise this with Leasplan. Only those same sales people who only say understandingly "how annoying for you" but otherwise do not offer any solution.

1 star is actually too much.

Car returned 4 days earlier than original date, original date we were on vacation.
Car returned to the dealer, probably car picked up much later by lease plan.
But what just happened is actually unbelievable. Because we returned the car 4 days early, we still have to pay a fine of 24 euros.
Now it is not about 24 euros, but that such an organization wants to earn money with these practices because you return the car on time. Not months before !!!

Car returned to the dealer after 4 years, you suddenly receive an email that a 300 euro deductible has to be paid.
Small scratch on the door, less than a cm long, is too deep.
simply dissolve with a touch-up stick.
But ok according to the condition 150 euro excess.

There was a small dent in the rear screen, was also there. according to the condition no deductible for this dent. But to my surprise in the same rear screen, another dent and scratch. Upon return there was 1 dent and not another dent and scratch.

Had contact with Leasplan and indicate this, but unfortunately condition is condition.
Now I understand the condition and I stand behind it, but to make extra damage so to collect extra deductibles is just crime.

Car had 34000 km on the odometer and 4 years old.
If you go over your km bundle, you have to pay extra. However, if you are under your bundle, there is no compensation, no, just make extra damage to collect money.

I leased the car through ANWB private lease. ANWB must stop with Leasplan, ANWB should not want to cooperate with such an organization.

I am absolutely not into writing reviews, but this time, because I feel so unfairly and wrongly treated. And apparently I'm not the only one disappointed when I look at all the reviews. I would like to give every (potential) lease driver at least 1 tip: do not lease a car with Leaseplan if you do not want to be confronted with very high bills afterwards, which you cannot object to. This company makes money afterwards by charging the deductible several times and if you want to object, because the amount is unreasonably and outrageously high, there is no answer and they debit the money in no time. Beautiful business model Lease Plan! Deeply disappointed in the way this company works. Falsely claiming and collecting high bills from people who work hard for it and leave people with the consequences. Again, I am deeply disappointed with how I have dealt with me and how this company has worked.

Als je kwaliteitsproblemen hebt, hang je bij LeasePlan!

Stelt een niet deugdelijk product ter beschikking, probeert mijn klacht af te wimpelen. In 2019 een Peugeot 3008 zakelijk via LeasePlan aangeschaft. Gierend geluid en voelbare trilling uit de EAT8 versnellingsbak. Dit eind 2019 probleem aangekaart bij Peugeot, laat mij vervolgens na al meer dan 7 maanden wachten voor een zogenaamde software update, die er niet komt. Deze update zou het mechanische defect softwarematig moeten oplossen... LeasePlan heeft een klacht "laten escaleren". Hieruit informeert LeasePlan mij dat ik maar moet wachten, of dit als een eigenschap van de auto moet beschouwen. Ik stond perplex, wat een verschrikkelijke service, die mij het volle bedrag laat betalen voor een auto die technisch niet in orde is. LeasePlan vindt dat de auto rijd, en dus in orde is. De extra comfort en techniek waar de klant voor betaald laat LeasePlan koud.

Auto ontvangen die in orde is, prima. Zo niet, LeasePlan laat je doodvallen en je moet het maar als een eigenschap van de auto zien. Nu maar zien met mijn werkgever het contract te ontbinden t.g.v. dat LeasePlan in gebreken blijft na het ter beschikking stellen van een niet-technisch in orde product.

Begin er als particulier niet aan of stel je werkgever op de hoogte van dit soort praktijken!

A rigid company without any empathy for anything. Repair and maintenance completely squeezed out so that there is no longer any service, they prefer to see you go to Sjonnie on the corner instead of a brand dealer, which you can not make an appointment with within the fine appointment system. If you pay your invoice a little too late, then they are very fast, even before the month that you have to pay for is threatened with dissolution and therefore with thousands of euros in useless costs. Spent a messy 70,000 for 2 lease cars on this ball tent, and still have a few years. You can only lease a car (taxi) if you have your driving license for 3 years. Somewhere quite logical, but not .... Because I have driven at least 50,000 km in 1 year, someone who has 3 years driving license in his own village have driven laps and then do not have the experience of someone in 1 year more km. My car indicated at 80,000 km that a service had to be carried out.
Through the lease plan app made an appointment at the bosch car service in Eemnes.
The owner of Bosch Eemnes called me with the comment whether 80,000 km was correct since this is normally only at 90,000 km that a service turn should be performed.

I then contacted the lease plan, where the employee told me that when the service interval indicates that the service had to be carried out.

Then Friday 7-6-2019 brought my car to the Bosch garage in Eemnes.
When I called around 3:30 PM to see if my car was almost ready, the man from Bosch Eemnes told me that while the car was already on the bridge, he did not get approval from Leaseplan. then Bosch car service Eemnes drove my car outside again and they continued with the other cars that were on the agenda.

I called the same lease plan at 3:35 pm and explained the situation again, 80,000 km instead of 90,000 km intervals and that this had already been verified in advance with the lease plan and that the maintenance had to be carried out.

Leaseplan then contacted the Bosch garage in Eemnes at 3:45 PM (after a long wait in before I got someone on the line) but there was no room here anymore to remove the cars on the bridge in 1.5 hours and then give my car the service turn.

The previous service at the Hyundai dealer in Almere was also a drama.
I wonder if this is the service which lease plan has in mind, if this is the case this is my first and last lease car via lease plan.

2x contact gehad over opties op leaseauto, 1x terugbel verzoek maar niet terug gebeld, andere keer eenwijsneus aan de telefoon die me vertelde dat ik hem eens uit moest laten praten.

(wat die zelf dus telkens niet deed )

Ze hebben geen flauw benul wat ze zelf aanbieden of wat de mogelijkheden zijn.

Gezien verdere recensies maar even nadenken of ik hier mn auto wel wil leasen.

Ik rij sinds 2018 in een Peugeot 208 van LeasePlan.

In maart 2019 was mijn auto aan z'n eerste onderhoudsbeurt toe.
Ik ben toen langsgegaan bij de receptie van de Peugeot dealer op loopafstand van mijn huis (Visscher PGH in Alphen aan den Rijn), en heb zo mijn afspraak voor de onderhoudsbeurt gemaakt. Het maken van een afspraak was zo gepiept. Geen problemen. Auto kreeg daar een beurt en alles was OK.



Op zich niet zo erg. Alleen staat de Visscher PGH in Alphen aan den Rijn niet in het lijstje van de te kiezen dealsers. Visscher PGH in Waddinxveen daarentegen wel. Waarom de ene vestiging van hetzelfde bedrijf wel, en de ander niet?

UIteindelijk is het me wel gelukt om een afspraak te maken voor een beurt bij Visscher PGH in Alphen aan den Rijn door een telefoontje naar LeasePlan te plegen, maar dit lukte alleen door me tijdens dit telefoontje erg kwaad te maken, en de medewerkster onder druk te zetten. Eigenlijk niet mijn stijl, maar dit is kennelijk de enige manier om de bureaucratie te breken.

Ondertussen staat Visscher PGH in Alphen aan den Rijn nog steeds niet in de afspraakplanner.

Dus stoppen met het veranderen van LeasePlan in een log, bureaucratisch bedrijf, vrije dealerkeuze bij het maken van afspraken voor onderhoudsbeurten en stoppen met dat servicenummer gezeur.

Bought a second-hand car with a tow bar attached. I now need to change my rear bumper and remove the tow bar for it. CarNext/LeasePlan never gave me the key for the tow bar. When asked if they could find the key or help me get one, they told me it wasn t their problem but mine. They never give the keys for tow bar installed on the cars they sell. Very bad customer service. I won t be doing business with any CarNext or LeasePlan in the future.

Werkelijk amateuristisch.
Eerst moet ik bijna smeken om eindelijk eens mijn gegevens te verwerken zodat ik kan inloggen in het portaal. Deze werden gewoonweg genegeerd en na meerdere keren vragen kreeg ik eindelijk de verlossende "ik heb mijn collega gevraagd dit voor uiterlijk morgen te hebben verwerkt".
De tankpas zou twee weken geleden al besteld zijn, meerdere keren contact over gehad ("dat komt in orde meneer") en vandaag hoor ik "ik heb hem voor u besteld". Kan ik nog 3 tot 5 werkdagen wachten ook?!
Daarnaast worden ook de bijlagen van de declaraties continu verwijderd "wegens een technische storing" waardoor de uitbetalingen van de tankbonnen enorm vertragen.

UPDATE: No warranty claim can be made due to incorrect information of Leaseplan. In the end, they say afterwards that I should have immediately taken my complaint to Tesla, but customer service told me otherwise. Joking costs me my own risk, would have been unnecessary and Leaseplan offers no apologies or compensation. Very bad service!

Duurde erg voordat de auto kwam (ruim 2 maanden).
Veel onduidelijkheid over wanneer een controle beurt moest plaatsvinden. Mede omdat je met drie bedrijven moet schakelen (ANWB, Leaseplan en de zaak waar je de auto vandaan hebt die allemaal niet met elkaar communiceren).
Erg slechte klantenservice. Je wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd.
Mijn leaseplan.nl bijna de gehele looptijd van de auto uit de lucht geweest. Afspraak maken werkte bijvoorbeeld niet.
Bij einde van contract werd er nog even een extra maand gefactureerd wat veel later weer werd gecrediteerd. Dit omdat het nog niet in het systeem stond dat de auto was ingenomen. Erg vreemd vond ik dit.
Bij inname van de auto was er geen schade gemeld. Telefonisch gevraagd of alles in orde was en ja hoor na een maand nog even een factuur van 150 euro zonder enig telefoontje of een mail met uitleg. Gewoon een factuur zonder enige duidelijkheid waar die voor was.

Ik vind dit bedrijf echt zeer onprofessioneel en ze halen op de verkeerde manier hun geld binnen. Ook weten ze niet hoe je een klant kunt behouden. Jammer Leaseplan! Gemiste kans. Ik doe nooit meer zaken met jullie en zeg het voort tegen iedereen in mijn kring die ik ken.

Update: after this review, LeasePlan reviewed the situation again, adjusted their opinion, contacted me and quickly credited the invoicing. An OK for LeasePlan in the resit.

Original review: After having driven 5 years and 225,000 km in one LeasePlan car, LeasePlan charges a deductible without a glance or blush. What do you let yourself know? Furthermore, lost a lot of time planning, unclear maintenance issues.

4 jaar fijn een auto geleased via de ANWB. De auto is keurig terug gegeven met wat kleine en gebruikelijke gebruiksschade. Alles wordt met een vergrootglas nagekeken of ze nog wat kunnen verhalen op je eigen risico. De centimeter wordt bij elk krasje en butsje gehouden. Dit gebeurt achteraf als je er niet meer bij bent. Foto's worden daarna via mail toegestuurd, met de te verrekenen eigen risico.
Bij inlevering geef je alleen akkoord dat er een krasje zit en dan maken ze een foto.
Ze mogen blij zijn als alle auto's zo terug komen na 4 jaar leasen.
Als je bij deze organisatie gaat leasen kan je rekenen op extra kosten bij inlevering, tenzij je de auto niet gaat gebruiken en veilig binnen weg zet.

And a replacement car, no they don't. I want to have maintenance carried out at a vw dealer. De is around my corner. After all, I want to take over the car then I want a dealer maintained car. At the previous service I could have made an appointment at the VW dealer after much hassle. At that time an appointment was made that I could go to the VW dealer on the next turn. Well then you get the same garages again but the lady doesn't care. I just have to deal with it. A complaint has been submitted, but I will not receive a response to that either. Very poor service. Leaseplan was indeed good until the service was changed during the contract period. This appears to be possible according to Leasplan. Suddenly you were not allowed to go directly to the garage last year, but you have to make an appointment via the online planner. This is worthless if you eg. get a breakdown on the road. Now you can not go to the garage at all, but you have to go to a profile service center or James car service in the area. For tires you also had to go to the Euromaster or Profile Tire center. For window damage to the Autotaalglas and for damage to Care damage service. (which by the way have to pick up certain specific tools first at the brand dealer) In short, unburdening has become a neglected child, the service is running fast. No more Leaseplan for us.

After the car has been for service I still have to go to the dealer garage for technical problems that may be covered under warranty. Very efficient Leaseplan ...

Discussion about the navigation software. Pay a lease price for car including navigation software. Dealer says they only give 3 years of updates. And leaseplan says we can lease new software but then the price goes up. That is actually quite strange the price should just down since I now no longer get updates but still pay for old software. Actually this is of course a discussion between dealer who has not made this known in advance and Leaseplan who finally paid for the car but Leaseplan would like to solve the problem of the customer.

At the switch to Winter tires. Are there free stock tires put under the car. These are used tires from another car. This is caused by enormous noise from slanting tires. Leaseplan reports that this is in their normal procedure. This way they are affordable. Incidentally, we simply pay monthly amount for winter tires.

With simple questions. But I never get a reaction back. They always say what a pity to hear. This time we really put it on! ".

I have checked by phone and they have my correct mobile number and email address.

I am a year later and still have not received a reply.

My contract will expire soon. I'm going to the competitor. Even though they are more expensive.

Simple service is hard to find here!

Edit: After the owner's response, I contacted again. This time they did reply. But they sent someone else's name, car and data to us. It is about a whole lot different so ... again you go wrong, bravo!
