I had a rather underwhelming experience with this company. The project timelines were frequently missed, leading to frustrations on my end. Communication could be improved significantly, as I found it challenging to get timely updates. 🤔 The quality of the deliverables did not meet the expectations set at the beginning, and there were several bugs that needed fixing even after the supposed completion. Overall, it felt like a case of style over substance. Not quite what I expected. 📉

They are pedantic, lip-based, beware, new engineers don't come in for interviews, they'll just lose (they are usually located in buildings in the middle of nowhere, paying very little rent and making workers move to these earthly woes) and if they hire you they will try chularvos !, not even 1000 euros these poor people pay per month as do the other employers and as is most pedantic people, people who know how to use their throat but do not know how to work in practice will end up working alone as slaves as has happened to many other colleagues. Be careful customers I've read stories that these people get things from customers, because they hire people like people to hand out flyers on the street. And engineers even if they are junior are worthy of respect and deserve decent wages.

The maximum in software located in Coimbra, Portugal

In Coimbra it's a really nice place to work for professionals in software/IT.
Only drawback is it's located a little away from city and food joints are not at a walkable distance. So it's convenient if you have your own transport.

Critical is one of the best companies to work in Portugal and one of the best that represents the country in the World. I am proud that this programming giant was born in Coimbra.
