My car indicated at 80,000 km that a service had to be carried out.
Through the lease plan app made an appointment at the bosch car service in Eemnes.
The owner of Bosch Eemnes called me with the comment whether 80,000 km was correct since this is normally only at 90,000 km that a service turn should be performed.

I then contacted the lease plan, where the employee told me that when the service interval indicates that the service had to be carried out.

Then Friday 7-6-2019 brought my car to the Bosch garage in Eemnes.
When I called around 3:30 PM to see if my car was almost ready, the man from Bosch Eemnes told me that while the car was already on the bridge, he did not get approval from Leaseplan. then Bosch car service Eemnes drove my car outside again and they continued with the other cars that were on the agenda.

I called the same lease plan at 3:35 pm and explained the situation again, 80,000 km instead of 90,000 km intervals and that this had already been verified in advance with the lease plan and that the maintenance had to be carried out.

Leaseplan then contacted the Bosch garage in Eemnes at 3:45 PM (after a long wait in before I got someone on the line) but there was no room here anymore to remove the cars on the bridge in 1.5 hours and then give my car the service turn.

The previous service at the Hyundai dealer in Almere was also a drama.
I wonder if this is the service which lease plan has in mind, if this is the case this is my first and last lease car via lease plan.
