Bad, intensely poor service !!! I have to drive my lease car to a 45-minute garage or to some other garage or lease plan itself. Everything is a minimum of 30 minutes' drive. And a replacement car, no they don't. I want to have maintenance carried out at a vw dealer. De is around my corner. After all, I want to take over the car then I want a dealer maintained car. At the previous service I could have made an appointment at the VW dealer after much hassle. At that time an appointment was made that I could go to the VW dealer on the next turn. According to the employee that was no problem, but then I had to call. So I call after having driven for a year, but the lady I spoke with does not listen and starts working with the appointment planner. Well then you get the same garages again but the lady doesn't care. I just have to deal with it. A complaint has been submitted, but I will not receive a response to that either. Very poor service. It's all about making money and the customer really doesn't care.
