This hotel wanted $100 non refundable pet fee for a 5 lb chihuahua & expensive valet parking because there is no street parking, it turns out to be more than the actual room rate! Insane rates for such an unpleasant town. Hilton & Trump Plaza in prestige cities don t even charge that! I d recommend staying in a different city all together.

Great service and rooms. Very central location with good views. There is a valet service that operates very well If you do not park next door. There is a bar on the main floor along with a restaurant for breakfast.

Lovely, busy place. We had a corner room, so nice view in 2 directions. Great staff. Valet parking great, but long waits, so allow plenty of time at peak parking times (just ask the VERY accommodating staff)

Beautiful hotel with great amenities! The roof top pool and gym are amazing! Inside the gym are complimentary headphones just in case you left yours in the room! The rooms themselves are pretty standard albeit modernized. The staff was hit and miss. Some went way above and beyond but others just seemed annoyed I was there. All in all I will be back and will recommend

It's a well located hotel, in front of the casino, near the mall and Bourbon street. The room was clean and small. Some of the USB outlets didn't work and, probably because of the communicating door with the other room, I could always hear their door. You have to pay separately for the breakfast, which is very complete.

I would give it 1 star but "hate" is too strong a word. They screwed up every part of our reservation. We had reserved a suite type that they mistakenly allowed the prior guest to stay over another night during Mardi Gras. The whole city is sold out so they should know better. Their "solution" was to offer us to move rooms 3x during a 5 days stay. We refused and went to the Windsor Court.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The food is pricey, but if your hungry it's very good. Drinks are excellent! The one bar tender knew how to make a Colorado Bulldog correctly! She was awesome!

Worst hotel staff I have ever encountered in NOLA! Tristan is the most unprofessional worker there in my book. Has no clue what customer service is and should not be in the hospitality industry if so. I can see of it was an off day. But off two days. Each encounter that I had has been truly unprofessional. My stay itself was just ok. Hotel is really mediocre. But to experience bad front desk staff makes it bad overall! Had to make this complaint so future travlers are aware.

Placed a reservation March 1st for a week beginner March 30. Upon arrival I have been told there is no room available b/c the hotel is overbooked . I am sent to a hotel up the street for the night. Supposedly I will be credited for the night but no one had told me how. I am given no room number or check in time for tomorrow but am instead instructed to lug all my baggage back to Le Meridian and that we ll put it in a room when one comes available . WHY DO THEY CALL THEM RESERVATIONS?? Terrible first impression. Update to follow.

Not worth the money. For one night stay I paid close to 300.00 including room 170.00, 4.00_soda, 5.00-chips, 10.00-peanuts and 45.00 for hotel parking. Never come back to this Hotel anymore, Not worth the money!

My wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It smelled really nice and looked clean everywhere. The bed and pillows in the room were so soft and comfortable. Great night of relaxation.

This hotel is amazing! When you pull up, the doormen great you and assist with your bags. The giant doors swing open and you are instantly in a lovely place. The staff is warm and friendly, and even give you free coffee from the coffee bar downstairs.

The rooms are small, but I've never seen a big room in NOLA. That said, they're really nice. The shower was good, though the bathroom was extremely tight. The bed was very comfortable and roomy.

The pool and workout facilities were very up to standard. They even have a bar by the pool and a couple cabanas.

Bravo guys. Enjoyed my stay and hope to return one day.

Rooms were well laid out, spacious, and updated. Stayed in 1403. Very large flat screen in the room and nice bed linens. Parking was a bit high at $45/day but that's not unusual for the area. I would definitely stay again.

Horrible stay. Asked for king bed on high floor. Arrived after a late flight. Was given room that was still under maintenance. Room door was open and the maintenance person inside the room was very helpful. But that was about it. I thought this would be a "this is not really us" moment. I was give a room on a lower floor to make up for the inconvenience. I got the feeling that the front desk manager was doing me a favor by correcting their mistake. Cordial, but cold. Fruit at the breakfast buffet had to have been a few days old.

The standard room is enough for one person. But room are so packed together. Basically, you can hear everything that people talked in nearby room. For me, it's especially bad because people in nearby room are playing music super loud, and sing super loud. You cannot get rest in your room.

The manager in the restaurant was so rude to myself and my family for thanksgiving. She told us we had to leave at 2 when our reservations were at 12 and if we didn t leave she would get someone else involved. I don t know about you, but there are better places to eat where you don t get harassed. Beware and don t go here.

Had room 2206, AC hardly worked. Also had a handicapped accessible shower that I didn't want. Rooms aren't ready until 4 so if you have an expo event at 6. Stay another location. Bar had a smell of not being clean.

We stayed at Le Meridien New Orleans for the week of our wedding and we loved them. They were attentive to our every need, and our sales coordinator helped with all of our questions - Layne Hartley.

We hosted an informal party at the lobby bar the night before our wedding and everyone enjoyed it, and the service was good considering the number of people there.

The hotel itself is modern and spacious with a cool rooftop pool and a great overall vibe.

We highly recommend it and we will definitely visit again!

Hotel is alright. Rooms aren't really big or small just normal. Bathroom is ok the shower is a bit weird and water sprays out everywhere. I mean Le Meridien is way better than alot of places but also not near as good as some other places....

Location is basically right where the French quarter, Central business district & riverfront meet (right beside Harrah's Casino) so you could walk or uber anywhere you need to go relatively easy. No complimentary breakfast and valet is about $50 a day and parking is offsite so they are a bit slow. Actually very slow, especially on weekends.

Honestly I probably would not stay here again.

Sorry I completely forgot to take pictures of the room.

Good location. Easy walk to Bourbon Street. If you are there during madri gras it is at the end of the parade route so you can just go right outside to check out the action. Small bar area. Rooms were just ok. A little dated. Elevators were slow. Meeting rooms are spacious and nice. Food was just so so

It was ok. Staff was friendly. Some parts of the room could use some deep cleaning. Dust and dirt spots. The windows were a disappointment. I believe its been a long time since they were washed from the outside. Looking out the window onto the city all you see are dirt streaks.

Well decorated with a good lobby bar. The rooms are a bit dark but comfortable nonetheless. And it's the perfect walking distance to both the craziness that is the French Quarter as well as the up and coming new bars around the Warehouse District. Best of both worlds.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of all the action! You literally cross the street to go to Harrah's (which can be a bad thing). The hotel bar is nice, the hotel is centrally located but the rooms are small and dated. This could be a five star hotel with a renovation to the guest rooms.

This hotel is a newly renovated hotel near the Harrahs casino.
It is also walking distance tothe french quarter.
While the rooms and lobby are small they are very tastefully decorated.
My favorite part was the staff.
Every single staff person that i passed asked if their was anything i needed and did not hesitate to help me.
I have stayed in hotels twice as expensive as this one and never received better service during my stay.
I would recommend it and stay here again myself for the staff alone.

This place is a 5 star hotel. Your best asset is the people who work for this hotel. Wonderful service, great rooms, really good food. They couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasurable, they went out of there way for us.

Just checked in. Found two Texas-sized roaches in my room upon arrival. It was my second room. I'm now in my third room. Traveling with my daughter and a dog. Was not offered an apology! Let's see if they can recover from an awful check-in experience.
