We have been using DWD for over a year and it was one of the best business decisions we have made. Because of their advice and training we are using SAGE 100 to its full abilities. Their customer support is top notch.
We use DWD Tech as our Sage Partner and for our IT solutions. They did our training on Sage 100 when we converted from Quickbooks and all of our custom programming for Sage so Sage integrates with our online shopping carts and Fedex/UPS. All of the people at DWD are extremely helpful. They are also very responsive and do an excellent job of getting you help when it is needed. If you are down, they get it working immediately which we really appreciate. We can not recommend DWD Tech highly enough!
I was very hesitant to upgrade our old version of Mas 90 to SAGE 100. Since we were on such an old version I was expecting a nightmare of a conversion. DWD made the conversion absolutely seamless! All of our date ported over and we had no downtime. It was by far the easiest conversion I had ever experienced. DWD is very responsive and a joy to work with, especially Mary. Everyone one of our employees love Mary and she does not make you feel dumb for asking basic questions. She is a fun and enjoyable person to be around.
