This property is not worthy of its name. I would give it 0 stars if they allowed it.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the challenges that you had while staying here. This is not up to the standards that we have here and I am truly sorry that we fell short of both your expectations and ours. We have already begun addressing the concerns you have expressed in order to properly act upon your valuable feedback.
