The worst property management I ever dealt with!! If I can give them zero stars, I would. When I first moved to the property 2 1/2 years and informed them that my name was not on the intercom, I was informed by Crystal that it will take 6 months since they only update the directory twice a year. It was done just a little bit over 7 months. They re generally slow with requests, not responsive to your voicemails. She even mentioned that she manages 21 properties and I have to prioritize the emergencies. If you cannot prioritize what your definition of emergency is, you shouldn t be taking 21 properties to manage. It s a very poor representation. I asked her too about putting a CCTV outside my unit because my package was stolen before, and she told me that I can t because it s a violation of privacy of the other tenants that can be seen walking thru the hallway, or the ones living across my unit.
I paid for a gate clicker almost 3 weeks ago and a duplicate security key thru the website. It clearly states that it will be left at the guard after 20:30. After two visits, it s still not there. I called today and spoke to Carlos. He told me they don t deal with it. I asked about the patio cleaning because they left a note (dated 24th of April) outside my door Friday (4/26) the 26th, informing me that my balcony will be cleaned on the 2nd of May and someone needs to be there for access. I can t leave my house keys to the maintenance guy. I stayed, used my vacation hours from work, only to find out from Carlos that it won t be happening. No prior notice, no apology.
Don t even mention about the failed fire inspection that we, the homeowners have to pay $1000, the pigeons in our balconies, the cockroaches, etc.
They have been fired thank god and have been replaced! The emotional anguish, the financial loss from using my vacation hours from work for any work that needed to be done, is what they can offer you. Nightmare to deal with.
