The website is horrible. It is not allowing me to register my account. I called the support number. The first rep transferred me to a voicemail. I called again to billing support. The billing support rep misspelled my name three times after phonetically giving it to her each time. On top of that, the billing was stated for the 17th and I didn't receive it in the mail until the 28th and the bill is due on the first. This is my first experience with them. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit and if I can through the HOA board will suggest a new property management company.
