I ordered through door dash and over half of my $45 order was wrong or missing. I ordered a small pizza, mac n cheese bites, battered corn nuggets, potato skins and a 2 liter of root beer. I received brisk iced tea instead of root beer (which I cant drink), the battered corn nuggets were missing, I got 2 orders of mac n cheese bites and my bbq sauce was missing (making the pizza not edible). And there were so many onions on the pizza that all I tasted the couple bites I took was onions.
Just order a Chicago deep dish pizza and might I say the pizza was thin like paper smh put the pizza sauce on top of the pizza wish that was on the menu. And the bad part about it is my kids wouldn t eat it and my kids love pizza #1 food for them and of course I order through door dash so I m out of the money and also I meal for my family.
I worked near by the restaurant and decided to order for the first time. Chose potato skins and wings however both were horrible. Sorry to say but the spicy garlic sauce was great however the wings were soft, barely crispy liked baked and not fried, should be noted on the menu if that s the case. The potato skins, which I was the whole reason I chose the restaurant, were over done potatoes with bacon and cheese thrown on top. Didn t help that sour cream was warm and melted from being in the bag with the warm items, which the clerk stated to me once I returned to hopefully get more and purchase a drink that wasn t cold. This is a FYI to anyone else just get pizza

If I could give zero stars I would. Told the owner about my order and she got smart with me and denied me a refund. Unacceptable! I am a customer if I m telling you my order was not satisfactory I should not be denied a refund. This place is terrible!! Never ordering from here again don t waste your money here !!!

Was very reluctant to order online, but I did. Ordered about 7, said it would be delivered between 8:20 and 8:30. The pizza arrived about 7:40 piping hot!! It was very good. The only thing that I can say that was wrong was, I ordered a deluxe and the menu says that comes with anchovies but there were none. I love anchovies! But other than that great job. I will order again. I didn't want to cook. Nor did I want to go out. Thank you.

Love the pizza with sausage pepperoni onions extra cheese and the wings with mozzarella sticks. They remodeled the place looks very nice they are nice and friendly with fast service. Gotta try Jack Spratts!!
Had good pizza a few weeks ago. Tonight was awful. I called to voice my feelings and was yelled at, twice I may add, and told to call tomorrow after 11. I was pretty much called a liar on top of it. Pizza was extremely over cooked and very dry.. Made my husband sick.

Messed up my delivery order and then charged me for delivery again to correct their mistake.
I ordered pizza from here last night through uber eats and when it got here, all the cheese and other toppings were on one side while the other side was just a tomatoey mess on bread. It didn't taste that good and it actually made my boyfriend sick to the point where he had to call off work the next day. Do not recommend

Ordered small pizza for 14 dollars!!! Called to cancel not even 5 minutes later, they said it was already out for delivery, fresh ingredients huh? When pizza arrived it was a small personal pan pizza and box smelled cigarette smoke. Pizza tasted like dirt.

Hey guys clean this up! CLOROX and a hose. Walking in the entrance it smelled like something was rotting. A terrible stench. I have had better pizza.
