They came to put such a sum of money for a term deposit, for which we were asked to fill in the questionnaire where your income comes from, because these are new bank rules before being content with this service. Information could not be fully provided by us, since it is savings and remembering how we earned 10 years ago, part of this amount was problematic. On the question of whether it is really such a large amount of money, we were told to fill in the form where they come from, that by earning 500 euros a month you cannot save this amount. Straight in the face and said so. Sorry, but what a matter of how much the bank earns. Consider the income of officials. Ordinary disrespect for staff service. The result, the contribution tore, spoiled the mood.
After 2 years of working with this bank, without any explanation, they closed the account and froze the funds of a company that sells toys and was accused of money laundering and terrorism support. do not respond to requests. I do not recommend it.
