So, you re thinking about buying a new or used vehicle Is LHM Toyota really any different from other auto dealers?

You re looking for a vehicle that meets needs, budget, safety, and desire. You want to make sure you get the best value and that you are not just another dollar sign. And let s face it, you don t have a lot of extra time because when you re not working your legitimate job, adulting is more time consuming than anyone ever warned you about.

Purchasing with LHM Toyota is the first time I can say I drove away confidently knowing every box on my list was checked. My test drives, finance negotiation, insurance transfer, even feeding me snacks and beverages- every part of my car buying experience was catered to in full!
Who? Mark Evers! That s who you ask for! A special thank you to Staci Rees as well. She was so helpful and made sure everything finished up beautifully!

Larry h Miller Toyota of murray is awesome! I'm so excited I just bought a new 2017 Tacoma off road and I love it! This will be the third Tacoma I have purchased from them and each time is a great experience. Geoffrey Barber helped me I've known Geoffrey for 5 years now and his customer service is above and beyond! He helped me pick the exact truck I was looking for and was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Geoffrey you have my business now and into the future. Also a huge thanks to Scott Durein he helped me with the accessories on my truck he is very good at what he does! He helped me pick what was right for the truck and walked me through everything when it was done. Great experience! I will for sure and already have referred friends and family to come see this great team of professionals at Larry h Miller Toyota of murray! I love Toyota vehicles, but I would never buy one ...

I love Toyota vehicles, but I would never buy one from here after having a very bad experience attempting to have my car serviced here. I had just passed inspection with flying colors, then took it in here just for an oil change, and instead of just an oil change said I had over $3k in repairs I needed. Obviously full of doubt, I took it to a second opinion, where I was told it was flat out lying what they were doing.

Even if your sales team is more legit--that your associated with the dirty service staff keeps me from ever coming back to you guys.

We had a wonderful experience here! Tyson was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave us a fair price for our trade in and reasonable terms. We came in the evening, and when we decided to take the night and think things over, there was absolutely no pressure or arm twisting by Tyson. He thanked us warmly for coming in and let us know he'd be there if we decided to make a purchase. I walked into LHM Toyota in late July hoping to get a new 4Runner. Well it happened and I could not be happier. Levi Johnson first approached me and Was so helpful. Even though he is in the service department, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Once I decided on the 4Runner I wanted, Levi handed me off to Geoffrey in sales and they were able to give me the best deal in the state. I traded in my car, and they gave me more for my trade in then I had expected and made the financing a breeze. I don t buy cars often, but I know next time I do, I m going back to Levi and Geoffrey at LHM Toyota. Thanks again.

Bought a brand new 2015 Prius. Dislikes, Likes, and Summary.
Disliked: 1. Two hours for financial papers to go through after choosing the car. It was the end of the month so it may have had something to do with it. 2. Old lady at the front desk lady was rude. The young lady was nice and professional. 3. Low trade-in value but that may be the case for all dealerships. 4. Approximately one hour wait for an appointment scheduled oil change/service/car wash.
Liked: Everyone were nice, professional, and helpful except the person mentioned above.
Summary: Even though I had dislikes, this dealership is one of the best I've done business with. I would recommend this dealership to friends and families.

I was looking around for Tacoma.I went down for a test drive and received very little pressure from the salesperson and the salesmanager to buy that day. Even though it was the end of the month. I came back later the next month to look again at the Tacoma's to check out more features of the truck. Again no pressure form the salesperson. I wanted a Tacoma with the SR5 package and the salesperson sent me an email saying they had a 2012 model with just 6000 miles. I checked it out a week later and decided to buy. I'm not much of a haggler but I believe I got a decent deal. I didn't have a trade in so I didn't have to deal with that aspect. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything from the finance guy as I was signing the paperwork. This was my first time buying from Larry Miller Toyota. If the next vehicle I want is a Toyota I'll be back to buy from them again.

I bought my car there and sales was good but i mean that is there job right make you feel good so you can buy a car from them. But the finance department told me i could not do financing through toyota and get the special they had for deferred payments for 3 months however my buddy got the same truck there and he was able to do both on the same day i bought my truck. However the service department is super bad also. Took my truck in a while back to get a remote start kit installed. Bluetooth microphone stopped working after it was installed. Made an appointment and they said to take my car in early to get it taken care of that day so they could have it all day and fix it. They had the car all day and did nothing until i called them to check the status then they said they would call me back. Said i needed to reschedule another appointment to fix the issue with the microphone not working since they wired something wrong. Went to pick up my new truck to find paint chipped off the door handle they looked at it and they rescheduled me to go in said they would take care of it on the day of my new appointment to finally get the bluetooth issue resolved and fix the new issue of the door handle paint being damaged by replacing the part that was damaged. I went in for a second appointment where nothing had been ordered and they said they needed to order the door part and had not ordered it. They said they would order it and call me back in 5 to 7 days when it got there and would call me when it was in. I called twice today and it has been 2 weeks since then and no one answers and they have not called me called me back. I have bought cars through ken garff honda nate wade subaru and even mark miller toyota and none of those dealerships have ever taken this much time and caused such an inconvenience like Larry H. miller toyota Murray has. Honestly this is the worst dealership i have ever purchased a vehicle at. I am only writing this review to let others make an informed decision and maybe my experience will help others.

I was sold a 3 oil change offer and was told that ...

I was sold a 3 oil change offer and was told that it would cover 3 synthetic oil changes. However, synthetic oil will last 10,000 miles between changes. What they don t tell you is that the offer only works for 1 year or 15,000 miles total. So if you want to use your oil to the fullest then you get 1.5 synthetic oil changes instead of 3. I called to schedule my final oil change and was told abruptly that they would no longer honor the offer that I was sold.. claiming that some other company sold me this deal so they are not responsible. I let the person on the phone know that I was sold the deal in the Larry H Miller garage by an employee there. She simply said sorry.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The people here are absolutely terrible at customer service. I will never purchase a car from this dealership. We spent four hours attempting to find a car that met our needs amd when we finallu found one the salesman tried to pull one over on us by raising the monthly cost by nearly double after leading us to beleive it fit within our budget. We didnt end up buying a car here. Beware of the underhanded salemen at this establishment.

My sales person (Alan Weeks) was wonderful! He made us feel right at home. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Prius we purchased and while we waited for financing he told us about many features and helpful things to look into further in the owners manual. He shared other customer experiences as well as his own to give us even more information than we could have gotten from the owners manual. We didn't get the "just trying to sell you a car" feeling from him at all because he was so genuine! He gave me a couple of his cards with my vehicle purchase and I have already handed them out and recommended him to a couple friends that are looking into new cars. We had come in earlier and been greeted by a different sales person but left not even wanting to really look at the car because both my husband and I were so "turned off" by him. When I called back later to check on a specific vehicle I was fortunate to have Alan answer the phone and immediately do everything he could to help me out over the phone so of course when we came back in I sought him out to make my purchase. He listened to what I had to say & what was important to me instead of just trying to sell me a car. By far the best car buying experience I have had and it was a long one, starting at 4 in the afternoon and not ending until after midnight. I ended up buying a car I hadn't event test drove. :) Both my husband and I left with smiles instead of headaches getting in the car and commenting on how wonderful Alan was to work with. Love my car thanks Alan!!

I went in with the intention of buying a car and sure enough, they had just gotten the specific car I wanted that day. A 2018 Blizzard Pearl Toyota Corolla iM. They made sure it was affordable for me and allowed me to be the first to test drive it as it was brand new. Bob, our salesman, was very honest about what they were offering me and was great to work with. I definitely recommend this dealership as they have been great for other members of my family as well. Toyota really takes care of their customers.

I was due for an oil change on my 2009 Prius and stopped by Tuesday afternoon. Dustyn Dewitt introduced himself and went right to work getting my service taken care of. While he was writing the work order for the routine maintenance, he noticed I had two outstanding service bulletins that needed to be addressed The midshaft on the steering column and the hybrid electric water pump needed to be repaired. He explained what the repairs were for and how long it would take. I arrived at 3:40 and the work was completed by 4:38. Nicely done! This service was the result of a very positive experience with Johnny Chappell, one of your sales representatives, just a week earlier.

Your customer service is stellar -- phone service, comfortable and attractive waiting area, friendly and helpful guys in the shop even brought my car to me, washed and vacuumed my car. My machanic, Jacob Graham, was pleasant and did an excellent job of replacing my air bag (a huge project).

Our experience of buying a car at Larry H. Miller Toyota was a great one. We were able to find what we wanted and the staff was very helpful. Our sales consultant Dale De St. Jeor was with us the entire time and answered all of our questions. He really worked hard to find what we wanted and was great to work with. Larry H. Miller has placed good standards on what treatment you receive when you come and shop at his dealerships. I feel that we were well taken care of and were happy with our experience!

Admittedly, this service visit for my wife s 2017 ...

Admittedly, this service visit for my wife s 2017 Toyota RAV4 was better than our previous visit in March 2020 wherein I had to return to have corrected a leaking differential that was serviced and which spilled fluid on our driveway. This visit was much better in that I have not had to make time to go back to correct items. That positive improvement aside, I still think the dealership can and should do much, much better in terms of communication with its customers. At this point, it is at a near zero in my experience.

I was in for an oil change which is supposed to include a multi-point vehicle inspection and tire rotation. I can confirm that the oil was changed but can t confirm if anything else beyond that was done. Every dealer I have ever gone to aside from this one gives you a print out with the inspection report that includes things like tire condition, wear, brakes etc. All the safety items and more to keep you informed of your vehicle s condition and what you may need. Nothing like that from here. No inspection report, either written or verbally. My service advisor just put the paperwork for the oil change down in front of me and said You re done, it s parked out to the left. No explanation, no discussion or anything else. My unmasked advisor (only unmasked person in the dealer despite a sign saying all employees and customers needed to wear a mask) was walking away too fast to bother having a conversation with me so I cannot confirm if anything other than the oil was actually done or if the tires were actually rotated. I got home and double checked under the hood (as I always do) to discover that my windshield washer fluid had not even been filled up so I added a half bottle of fluid myself. Not the end of the world but one of those little things that should have been taken care of by the dealer on a service visit and not by me at home.

Contrast this with my experience the following week at a different local dealer for my own Honda Pilot and it was night and day difference in comparison. Service advisor gave me an inspection print out, went over everything, made recommendations on what might be needed in the future based on the condition of things observed and asked me if I had any questions. That is what I expect as a customer. When I got home I checked under the hood (as I always do) and everything was topped up including the windshield washer fluid and they also washed my car as a courtesy. Totally different experience. Which reminds me, LHM did not wash or clean the car. I m not sure if that is standard protocol or a courtesy they perform with this type of service so I will add the caveat that if it was not supposed to be done then I don t fault them at all for that. If it is something that was supposed to be done then it was missed. I also don t know if I was getting an attitude from my advisor because of my previous bad experience, review and after visit complaint, but I allowed them to correct that issue and came back for this visit. For the record, I understand that mistakes sometime happen so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that my experience the last time was an anomaly and this time would be better and went into the experience with an open mind. Turns out it was only marginally better. In a busy household with 2 working professionals we value our time and rely on our cars to be properly serviced and reliable. Although we still have pre-paid maintenance items left I may look for other options as the aggravation and uncertainty of dealing with this service department makes me question if is worth using those pre-paid items or just calling those a loss and moving on.

The last time I complained I got a call from your service manager Levi with his smarmy attitude. I am certainly willing to talk with you but I put the impetus on you to get in contact with me.

**Update** Really dissappointed that I am already back at the dealership with car problems within 2 weeks. My car wouldnt start so I had someone jumpstart my car and now the check engine light is on. This is a HUGE dissappointment.

Let's just say the best experience we have ever had with car dealerships. The Miller's run a great business, they train their employees right and know how to treat and respect others in difficult situations. There no doubt I will never ever buy another from anywhere but a LHM dealership. By the way if you need someone to help you out ask for Denis Martinez he will sure get you what you need and won't try to talk you into anything you don't want! Go there and you will not be disappointed in what you leave with!

So with LHM Toyota you either have to make an app during the week or come in early on a Saturday, I chose Saturday. If you are not there by 6:30am you have to wait for hours! I was there at 6:30 waiting until 7:00 when they open, I was second in line and should have been out in 20min I was told. At 7:45 I ask when my truck would be done, they proceed to tell me, even though they don't allow appointments on Saturday a few people were allowed to online? Really LHM Toyota, either change the rules or hold to what is in place, don't punish me because I chose to do what I what I knew I needed to to get out of there early.. Won't be back!

Very good. In addition to the wonderful service of applying for and getting your new decals following re-registration of the automobile, you might have handy a spray bottle with soapy water, one with clear water and some paper towel to clean off the license plate and immediately affix the decal to the plate.

LARRY H MILLER IS THE WAY TO GO! From start to finish they are friendly, helpful, and listen to what YOU want. Anthony was our salesman and he delivered! When we came onto the lot we weren't sure if we wanted a new or used 4runner but we knew we wanted pearl white. They didn't have any on the lot, so they told us they could have 2 at the dealership by the next week. While we were trying to decide, a brand new 2016 4runner in white was delivered off of the trailer, Anthony asked if we would be willing to look at it even though it wasn't pearl white. The options we had requested were there, he never pushed us into anything, and we ended up buying it with only 2 miles on it! Brandon in finance was also very friendly and helpful. I have worked in the car industry for 3 years and know what good service is, and this is the place! I can guarantee Larry H Miller will take care of you in the best way possible! Thank you Anthony for all of your help to get us into our dream car! :)

Kasey in the service department has been taking care of me for over 10 years since I bought my Tacoma. Most recently he made me aware of a recall on my FRAME when I brought it in for an oil change. My Tacoma has treated me well but the suspension was becoming a concern. LHM and Kasey got the frame replaced and replaced my shocks at no labor cost and ensured I had a truck for the week to boot. My truck is like new and had I gone somewhere closer to home for an oil change I'd have never known about the recall. He has gone the extra mile every time whether getting me in and out fast for regular maintenance or things like this.

Here's our conclusion of events.
1. On Thursday we visited the dealership, test drove a van, and took it to a mechanic to be checked out.

2. On Friday, we returned the van and asked if the dealership would consider making a few fixes to the van before we purchased it. We were assured that they wanted us to be happy with our purchase so they would check out our concerns on Monday.

3. On Monday we emailed to convey our continuing interest in the van and to check on its status. No response.

4. On Tuesday we called and left a voicemail message. No response.

5. On Wednesday morning an employee who was checking messages, and whom didn't know anything about our situation, called to tell us the car was on the lot; another customer had just taken it for a test drive.
I called and left a message with a manager. No response. Another message was left Wednesday evening. No response. At that point we gave up on the van.

If they didn't want to make the concessions we asked for, then a call or a response to our communications was needed so we could begin searching for a new vehicle instead of wasting days waiting for a vehicle they never intended to sell us. My trust of the Larry H Miller dealerships has been shattered.

Yeah I can make an appointment but I can literally show up and they service my car and let me know if there is something else that needs to be done. Oh by the way there was a recall we took care of.. Please note I am usually not a person to leave a review however the way I was treated by the employee's of this LHM Toyota was very unprofessional.

I generally had a good perception of this dealership as it is where I bought my vehicle brand new. Although they should not take 3 hours to perform an oil change and tire rotation even when I booked an appointment as well. I drove into the service center garage and there was only one other vehicle. I realize there was definitely more vehicles being worked on in the other service garage where everything actually takes place. I just thought it was a good sign as they may have less walk-ins to service ahead of me and boy was I wrong. I sat 3 hours in the waiting room and noticed some people arrived after I did and finished before I did as well. I was told at the beginning by the service advisor that he would come find me at the 1.5 hours mark to give me an update. He came at the 2 hour mark to tell me that they are still working on it. Needless to say not satisfied with a 3 hour oil change.

Service was great once I got my car into Service department. Getting the appointment was more hassle than it should have been. Tried through website but service appointment feature wasn't working. So I tried calling but automated system kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then a computer answered, took me through an auto menu and back to main menu and back on hold. Never got an answer so tried online chat. Rep was helpful and tried to make an appointment for me but said her system was down so she'd have someone call me when it was back up. A few days later I got a text confirming an appointment Friday morning at 9:30 which wasn't a good time for me. Rearranged some things to make that time work and then service got done quickly and easily when I took it in. Good service from the service team, but bad process making the appointment.

Pete Bell is awesome! If you have the opportunity to buy from him, do it. In negotiating our car, he was able to give me a steep discount along with throwing in several extras on the car for free. Unfortunately, they had to ship the car in from out of state, which added $600 to the amount we'd have had to take out as a loan. Because of this, the price ended up being higher than I wanted and I decided to shop around at other dealers. Pete encouraged me to do so and gave me a copy of their formal offer to take to other dealers.

Unfortunately, I ended up buying my car from Mark Miller Toyota, a decision I now regret. If I could do it again, I would have returned to LHM and bought the car from Pete, even though it was more expensive. This is one of the best dealerships in the nation. All of the managers take the time to meet and greet every customer. Eric and Lance have always taken the time to answer even the smallest questions that I've had regarding a potential purchase. There is no pressure to buy from them as the cars speak for themselves. KC in the service department is also top notch. He is constantly helping resolve any service problems that come up. I recommend this dealership to all my family and friends as we've bought multiply vehicles from them over the years.

They sold me a vehicle that had been damaged on the right side of the car without disclosing it to me. I turned around this year to sell the vehicle to their sister company, at the Larry H Miller Chevy dealership. They informed me that it had been painted and they wouldn't give me a good deal for the trade-in.
I asked for the report before buying and it wasn't on it.
