Service was great once I got my car into Service department. Getting the appointment was more hassle than it should have been. Tried through website but service appointment feature wasn't working. So I tried calling but automated system kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then a computer answered, took me through an auto menu and back to main menu and back on hold. Never got an answer so tried online chat. Rep was helpful and tried to make an appointment for me but said her system was down so she'd have someone call me when it was back up. A few days later I got a text confirming an appointment Friday morning at 9:30 which wasn't a good time for me. Rearranged some things to make that time work and then service got done quickly and easily when I took it in. Good service from the service team, but bad process making the appointment.
