I m from out of town, here for work. I needed an oil change with the Jeep wave program, booked an 8am appointment online and arrived at 750. After I pulled in, two people after me were served. Once I got served, the gentlemen was really nice and I waited. For an oil change and tire rotation, it was 2.5 hours. The Jeep wave program claims VIP service, but I am not sure that I d call 2.5 hours for oil and rotation as VIP. Again, the staff was nice, but no sense of urgency and or did it seem to matter at all that I made an appointment.
