Daniel Rivera and Juan were great, the other staff were rude.

Hands down the best service I have ever experienced. Had a great time. Food at Perla was amazing. The staff went above and beyond what was necessary with every concern or request we had.

Everything is very elegant and its staff very friendly.

Simply said... the only place to stay! Trendy, convenient, attached casino. However, prices for one night have more than doubled starting from $225 per night last year to $465 per night this year (April 2018). #DAMNMaria! Instead of my usual 10 nights, I only stayed 5. #apoyarlahermosaisla. Hopefully they will have fully recovered by this time next year.

They have their air governed in their rooms. It was 68 but felt like 80.

Absolutely AMAZING stay! We took an impromptu trip to San Juan for some R&R and to escape the rainy weather back home. This was my first time in Puerto Rico, so I wanted to stay at a vibrant, chic resort that was right on the ocean and was in the middle of everything. La Concha did not dissappoint! The staff was very friendly and professional, which is always super important to me. The resort sits right on Condado Beach and beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and towels are complimentary for hotel guests. The views from the beach are pristine and if you opt for an oceanfront room, the views from your room are even better. There are several restaurants, bars, lounges, pools and a casino on the property... but dont be afraid to venture off, since you are located in the center of Condado. Overall my stay was nothing short of perfect and I highly recommend The La Concha Resort!

Nice hotel but honestly not worth the price. Some rooms had an amazing ocean view and others had a city view that wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. The streets below the rooms put out a lot of noise and those rooms dont have a whole lot of sound proofing. The resort is honestly over priced i in all aspects...a breakfast buffet that wasnt very impressive was 30.00 and change for one person. A virgin pina colada was 7.00 for an 8 ounce cup. The rooms were clean for the most part and the bathrooms came with plenty of towels and showers had good water pressure and retained temperature. The area around the hotel is nice. Lots of food options and the beach right outside the steps of the hotel is kept really clean. I give it a three star but will not be back to this resort.

Fabulous hotel my room had a great ocean view. The hotel is so beautiful it is mid century modern with a hipster clean vibe. The amenities are lovely, they have lively lobby and bar, three pools, beach, nice breakfast, and so centrally located to restaurants, Walgreens, buses, bikes. I loved my stay there so much.

Absolutely stunning ! Beautiful views , friendly staff, delicious food and drinks , relaxing atmosphere. I can't wait to go back !!

They has bed bugs !! Very unprofessional!! Highly would never recommend. Front desk never answer the phone and also locked me out of my own room. Wouldn t allow others to stay ! Have bite marks everywhere!!

Where do I start? I love Marriott hotels and have never had an experience this like before. First, the rate per night doesn t reflect the product. For $800 a night, we should be getting better than this. If we paid $100 a night, I would expect this. Rooms were dirty, service was ok at best, and we were harassed repeatedly for not having a bracelet on, that showed we stayed here. No one ever gave us one, or told us hold to get one. It took a security guard on our last day to tell us what should have happened. I don t wrong him, he was only doing his job. The beach is also full of pot smokers, so if you like that smell, the beach is full of it. The elevators were not running 50% of the time as well. Sadly, it s a 1 star hotel trying to act like a 4 star. Hope Marriott does something with this feedback. I love Marriott and only want to see them succeed.

The tourists that I picked up at the hotel have given me good reviews.

The hotel was gorgeous! The staff was execellent and the rate wasn't too bad! Every part of the hotel looked great, and the food was good but on the expensive side. Luckily right across the street is great food at cheap prices, at a varity of places.
The pools were nice, but it seemed only one was heated. Complimentary cucumber water was everywhere, and towels. The ocean was rough, but the water was warm. I had a great time and will stay here again!

Amazing!!! All of the employees were friendly, on it, and so so helpful!! More than enough seating and outdoor space for any type of vibe ....kids pool, quiet adult area, dj, beach ... where they have employees waiting to set up chairs wherever you want, umbrellas and tables. Can order food and drinks on your phone and each chair has a code so it was 10000% relaxing, seem less - perfect vacation spot!!! Lots to walk to right outside the front of the hotel as well - so so convenient. 10/10!

This resort is the best, me and my husband came here for his birthday, and omg we both love everything about it. The staff is amazing, the upgraded our room to a suite due to noise from the ice maker outside our room with no hesitation the are the best. The food was good and the environment was amazing just what we were looking for relaxation, i would recommend this resort to anyone. Rafeel the bartender was awesome he made my husband birthday special.

Came for our honeymoon, stayed in presidential suite. Great rooms and poolside bar.

Blackjack dealers lacking attentiveness and didn't pay out on several winning hands.

Prices were very high, even for a hotel.

Given the room we stayed in and that they knew it was our honeymoon, we were surprised they didn't give us any extras or special accommodations.

My favorite place in El Condado, San Juan, Puerto Rico. An excellent resort with everything you need to have fun.

We were at the hotel pool and they stole my bag with phone, cards, watches and other valuables.
This hotel does not meet a minimum security that guarantees tranquility. They have free access to the facilities.
The hotel manager never wanted to face us, they only called the police to ignore the facts, the hotel did not want to answer for anything ... and the most incredible thing was that they said that something like this had never happened in the hotel and it turns out they have other comments where they robbed other people during their stay ....

I have had a very pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and the facilities are in very good condition. I recommend breakfast at the Buffet.

This is the best hotel/resort in Puerto Rico. The service is above all levels. The rooms are magnificent. Comfort and elegance at it finest. The atmosphere is relaxing yet tropical at the same time. Go to Puerto Rico and book a room here. You won't regret it!

Very nice stay. I actually thought the resort was better than what was shown on photos.

Nice hotel, great amenities, pools and on the beach. Only negative was that one section of a pool area at the beach which was closed due to a private booking..... for multiple days.

This place was so upscale with a touch of home and everything you needed.
I liked the place been in San Juan since October 5th, 2020 at another hotel doing Covid 19 for three weeks, but when I moved to La Concha i got sick in room 1122, had to come home andx see a doctor, still don't feel good.

Top notch service, good value, spacious rooms, good layout. Set on a busy, but nice beach.

The adult pool is directly in the shade all day. It may as well not exist. The pool with sun is full of kids, perhaps to be expected at this type of property.... But it advertised adult pool so be warned.

Pool bathrooms need a deep clean, and probably more frequent cleanings on busy days.

The area around it is too kitschy and tourist driven for my taste.

Street is extremely loud (music from cars) at all hours, even from 8 floors up.

Room service Margarita pizza and two small perrier was 50 bucks.

Didn't go to casino, can't comment.

Staff really does a nice job, very well trained, so hate to write a negative review, but would not return here.

I give it 3 stars the hotel was very nice and clean and all the workers were great. Nice, clean pools. Felt very safe as well. Also located near tourist area and great food. However the fees and taxes are insanely high. We booked with JB vacations, and we were still charged fees to the hotel, it didn t make any sense because we had already booked our stay with JB vacations. We were aware of this at the end of our stay they didn t tell us about a daily resort fee until the end of the stay. Would not stay again due to this but other than that everything else was great.

One of the best hotels in Puerto Rico. Said that, lower your expectations.

Roaches in room, elevator broken for months, leaking roof, TV that doesn't work, etc. This resort has a retro, modern style but hasn't been kept up well. I've stayed numerous times over the last year and nothing ever seems to get fixed. Bringing it up at checkout yields a quick apology and nothing more.

If you're looking for a vacation spot, the beach is almost always red flag with heavy surf and isn't as nice as the beach on Isla Verde a few miles away, but La Concha and this part of the beaches in the Condado area are nice for relaxing on a beach chair. They also have three different pools including one that's adult-only, which is very nice as many other local resorts have one big pool and tons of kids.

They have a few restaurants but you'll pay a lot ($16+ for a mediocre continental breakfast of stale pastries and juice/coffee), although there's many other choices in walking distance. They also have a big casino and a bar area. Another plus is on-site parking where they'll validate your entire stay with a ticket that lets you easily come and go unlike some of the other resorts in the area (i.e. valet only, have to pay/validate every day).

Housekeeping does their best and if you get a great price and a clean room without bugs or mold it's not a bad choice, but definitely not a solid three-plus star resort, let alone four star hotel.

We had an amazing time. My husband and I stayed here for a few nights to escape the cold weather and get some R&R. Everyone working here is super friendly and never hesitated to help you with anything you needed. It was incredible waking up to our view of the beach and having access to the amenities available. We hope to make it back one day and definitely plan on staying here if we do. Thank you everyone for giving us memories that will last a lifetime!

Beautiful rooms, gorgeous beach, and nice amenities. They had an outside DJ on Sat night that got a little annoying, but he ended early enough that it wasn't a big deal.

Beautiful resort I have yet to experience all of it because of the size, it's huge! The staff is nice as well as the room. I will be back!!!

This Resort has the most unprofessional security guard by the name of Angel this guard uses foul language towards guest in the presence of minor children very hostile and unappropriated behavior for paying guest I will not recommend anyone to to stay at this hotel nor leave the room to use hotel facilities during the night shift while this security guard is on shift he has total disregard for paying guest with his unappropriated professionalism

Beautiful Marriott propery right on the water.

Several pool options to choose from, a little casino in the lobby, a VERY lively lobby bar, and some great restaurants make this one of the best places to stay.

Food was great especially brunch. Night life was poor. Liked the Marriott a couple blocks away much better.

Terrible customer service so far. I've been waiting over an hour to check in my room after being told it hasn't been cleaned yet. I've been givin no estimated time as for when it would be ready or anything. Not impressed with this hotel at all. You pay for your room in its entirety yet still have to wait due to poor service. Won't be recommending to anyone.

La Concha is still as beautiful as ever and so is the island of Puerto Rico. This is my third visit in nine years, the resort honestly looks and feels the same.

Very nice place, but the service from the front desk and maintenance was well below standards (but it was a little understandable considering how busy they are, and the staff may have been stretched thin by the hurricane). The continental breakfast was not worth waiting in line for, and sometimes the hot water was dispensed from a container that previously held coffee. I wonder if they even washed it out. Who wants tea that tastes like coffee? Yuck.

This hotel is one of the most elegant on the island. The pool area is like enjoying the nature around you. The rooms are decorated very beautiful and elegantly. Its location is excellent because it is close to everything you need and near good restaurants. If I help you with this comment, please give LIKE, thank you.

The pics online do not do this place enough justice... this place is great! Really nice beach... waves can be a little choppy but over all great and MORE than helpful staff!

Only been to the restaurant and the treatment was great!

I absolutely love this place and will return. My husband and I stood in a suite with beach view and balcony. We had a full kitchen, which was nice. Not sure now but Nov 2020 a 9pm curfew was enforced and it was nice to cook in the room. One day I slacked and didn't wash my dishes and when I returned room service had done so. Talk about full service. The place definitely offers a safe environment. The bartender at the main entrance bar made us a very good mix of his choice since we wanted to try something new. The restaurant by the pools breakfast was so good. I even took it up a notch and had breakfast in a robe provided from the suite. I'd love to move in lol.

Loved the pool and accessibility to stores in the area.

Home away from home. Stayed a month and half working. Should not have been charged the resort tax because there to help rebuild. Beautiful hotel and service.

Way to expensive and also i parked in valet and had to wait for my car almost 20 min .

It s a nice hotel. The lobby area sucks at night every night they play dance music so loud you can t hear yourself think. The weekends in the lobby is horrible. It s a loud expensive hotel. I wouldn t stay here again.
