This place has has everything u need.
Pools, beach, food, live entertainment every night, clean atmosphere...all around the hotel.

Always too busy, never enough rooms but the employees made the difference. Looking forward to going back and visiting the folks at La Concha!

Folks please find a better hotel than this. As a platinum guest I am letting you know the following: the hotel has a very rude and combative front desk person, goes by the name of Louis (not sure how such people have customer facing jobs). They keep the temperature locked at 68 and the AC is not great, the rooms feel hot and humid. Even though the thermostat reads 68 it feels more like 74. The most outrageous thing is that you cannot even change the temperature in your room to go below 68. So please don t shell out top dollar and stay here. A rude staff with a complete disregard to your comfort is what you will be in for. I am a Marriott platinum guest and trust me everyone deserves better than this for the price. Even a two star is high rating for this property. Hope things change for the better but this is true story and if you can please chose another hotel in San Juan. Despite the location this property is not worth the money.

Awesome place. Great service. Very friendly and accomodating staff. A little pricey but worth it.

Great resort, they have really good amenities. Swimming pools are great, they have adult infinity swimming pool facing the beach. They have so many rooms facing the beach. It has direct access to the beach as well. lobby bar is a great place for drinks, they also have casino. Giving 1 star less as the service is not that great and the rooms were ok-ish.

A family place, elegant, cozy, cheerful, accessible but above with a first class staff, who project and provide excellent service to its guests and visitors.

Not a bad resort. The adult pool is great during the week when the cruise ships are not in so it's not overcrowded. Hotel restaurants are pricey, if you want to save cash go to the mom and pop restaurants around the area that are within walking distance.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach.Service was fantastic ...everyone is very friendly. Fabulous staff on the beach who set up your sun chairs n umbrellas they also serve food n drink. Great pools ...with pool service for food n drink. Lively bar area in the lobby. Casino n Club. Not far from San Juan. Cant wait to go back !!!

Very Nice!!! The View is breathtaking. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the bathroom. The shower door is not really a door its a glass plank that only covers half of the shower....so only one person in the bathroom at a time....unless seeing the other person naked is not problem...because thats what ya gonna get...other than I would definetly recommend this hotel...its close to old San Juan and the beach of course and the food and the casino made it even more worth it...Great place will come back!!!

One of my favorite resorts to stay at while on the island.

I loved the place because the pool is fancy, the hotel is very customizable, and the food for breakfast (open 6 to 11am) was AMAZING!

It's been 9 years since my last visit and honestly it's the same.

Not only is this resort beautiful and clean but the staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating and kind to their guests. They are always smiling and address you when you walk by. There is so much to do at this resort alone, I highly recommend the restaurant connected to the resort called Sera Fina, the waiters are also incredible as well as the food and drinks. If you are coming to San Juan to have fun, drink and relax I recommend you book at La Concha. Just be sure to have your uber pick you up down the street, the taxi drivers are very territorial.

I go to Puerto Rico very frequently and have stayed in several hotels, but Hotel La Concha is the best. The service is excellent, it is well located and its panorama towards the sea is beautiful.

Rooms are clean & good size. Service is efficient, friendly and a bit slow.. but it is a vacation so relax and enjoy the view.

Terrible and disrespectful service.
They are doing construction and the noise in the room is awful
They refuse to move me to a quiet room or at least change the room cost.
Unprofessional front desk and managers.

Everything you need right here in this area.. hotel is VERY Clean VERY Swanky place.

I only went to breakfast it was almost lunch time, attention and friendly treatment. All very clean, with delicious and varied buffet. The chef's special dish left me "impressed" on the palate. I was notified of closing breakfast very gently, but not before asking if I wanted anything else. All this and the ocean view created the perfect setting to start my long day very happily.

Really nice hotel in the middle of a federal disaster area... No power in nearby places, but hotel has generator power. Room was oceanfront and really nice. Staff were very friendly. Nightlife was abundant with attached casino and lonely hotel lounge bar. Highly recommend it your happen to be in San Juan.

Classy venue. It has a resort vibe, but is thoroughly modern and accessible. Lovely Italian design. Has lovely restaurants and cocktail bars.

Very expensive. But The place had 2 pool and access to the Beach.

The gym at this hotel is AMAZING. The outdoor pool area is great too! My room is spacious and clean and the hotel brand shampoo and conditioner smell great. Parking garage is a little crazy.

What an amazing hotel with a private beach amazing pools and acasino. This is the spot to stay in condado. It is a little pricey but out of the hotels in the area this is one of the best even for the price.

The impeccable super clean room. The corridor of the 10th floor in the exit of the elevator stinks of humidity but in the rooms all very well.

A lil bit over rated, but still a nice place to hang out. Definitly can improve the service. The valet parking a bit expensive although they were nice. We were at a show in the launge area, food take a long time to get, my husband end up bring it himself. Good place overall.

My room was a well laid out suite. It had enough of everything for working, relaxing, cooking, lounging, entertaining. Greats pools. Useful Business Centre.

Good proximity to the PR Conference Centre. Good proximity to other areas of entertainment and cultural/historical interest.

Staff were responsive to fixing my minor requests.

Breakfast was enjoyable. There were sweet tamarinds everyday!

Tremendous hotel in the metropolitan area. They can go for a walk or to stay.

Excellent customer service, all areas spotless, have disinfectants everywhere, but we couldn't sleep well; You can't lower the temperature of the air conditioning more than 68 and for me the room was hot and I even sweated sleeping.

I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and took great care of me.

It's a wow place, 2 steps from a very live sea beach. Staff are very cordial and efficients. Amenities are ample and excellent quality. Common items though in the breakfast regularly but sea facing rooms are life time experience for all. Simply loving it to stay for 9.days. a very happening place.

I will never go there again. Their manager Michael Tischler should get a degree on customer service, though I don't believe it would do any good, and remember that the customer is what drives their business. I have never been so disrespected as my family and I were on on our last visit to this hotel. My family is from Puerto Rico, though we live in the US. I wouldn't stay at la Concha even if you paid for it. Would rather sleep on the benches across the street.

Beautiful place and very good atmosphere. Near the beach and many food and beverage businesses. The gym and pool are crisp.

This hotel has great decor and great amenities. People kept saying this place was central to everything but I am not sure what they meant since I had to drive everywhere.

I will say I wasn't so impressed with the room, although I did have an amazing oceanfront view the dirty glass kind of ruined it. Also, our towels were dirty .. not just in the room but also at the umbrella station on the beach. I have no complaints about the staff they were all really kind.

The casino is a disaster the tourist inspector allegedly said that we are disrespectful to come dressed in shorts, I find it more than shameful and out of place since we have been eating from 2 pm until 7:39! We were 10 girls with our boyfriends and we disrespected each other !!!!! Horrible!!!!

Best hotel I've stayed at. Service is amazing and amenities are superb. Multiple pools so many amenities. Very reasonable price

La Concha is an amazing resort. The staff are welcoming. The facilities are perfect. The food is amazing. I just returned from my second visit and I am positive we will be returning again soon!
