Where do I start? I love Marriott hotels and have never had an experience this like before. First, the rate per night doesn t reflect the product. For $800 a night, we should be getting better than this. If we paid $100 a night, I would expect this. Rooms were dirty, service was ok at best, and we were harassed repeatedly for not having a bracelet on, that showed we stayed here. No one ever gave us one, or told us hold to get one. It took a security guard on our last day to tell us what should have happened. I don t wrong him, he was only doing his job. The beach is also full of pot smokers, so if you like that smell, the beach is full of it. The elevators were not running 50% of the time as well. Sadly, it s a 1 star hotel trying to act like a 4 star. Hope Marriott does something with this feedback. I love Marriott and only want to see them succeed.
