I appreciated the ability to schedule a test-drive ahead of time, and have the car ready when I was there (also, I showed up early, and they were able to accommodate that). I appreciated that instead of trying to sell me the most expensive car with all the bells and whistles, Pedro asked me what features I was looking for in a car, and we found the right fit for me.
