I came in skeptical and not originally planning to work with Kline Maplewood because of some past service experiences.. but nonetheless I got connected with Adam after my chat session on the Nissan website. He wasn t even working the day he responded to me. I sent him a list of must haves , he told me he d get back to me. The next day he sent me a window sticker with a perfect vehicle. After some checking around at other dealers and some back and forth with Adam, I am now the owner of the vehicle he originally picked out. Great experience, Adam was very helpful and responsive. I also found the people at this dealership to be more honest about the numbers than other dealers.
