The sales person was great but after that everything went down hill. I had the same experience that Jodi C. described. When I was negotiating the purchase I asked for a trailer hitch to be include but I was willing to pay something for it, they agreed and all was fine. Once I got to the final document process the person was so rude because I wasn't financing anything and didn't want the extended maintenance. He became rude, insulting and acted like I was imposing on his time. I want to thank Jodi for writing those comments because I went back the next day and read the reviews and decided I should look closer at the detailed bill, sure enough they charged me not only the agreed price including the hitch but they also charged me full retail again for the same hitch, $500. I called and with the help of the sales person I did finally get a check for the $500. This is not the first car I bought from Kline but it will be my last. I love the Nissan product but this deal needs to clean its act up. BTW, I'm still waiting on the hitch and it's been almost 2 weeks since we agreed to the purchase.
