I would like to start of by saying Isaac, is one of the best service advisor. It was a overwhelming Saturday at lexus and Issac still found time for me without rushing me or giving me the typical customer service you get in Miami , it s been a long time since I ve had customer service like this. I felt like I was back in my hometown of Tennessee. I was a customer of their west Kendall location but will be transferring to their Pinecrest location based on the level of service Isaac has provided again thank you . Sincerely, David Guerra

If I could give no stars, I would do so. However, as a longtime customer of Lexus of Kendall, I'll simply say I was sorely disappointed upon my recent car-buying visit. The sales associate was horrible and I spent most of my time (hours) there waiting for him during his cellphone calls and "errands" in an uncrowded place. Upon looking at the cars (only a couple) in the "showroom" I was sent up to the 2nd floor to look at the NX F-Sports. I literally knew more about the available packages and deals than the salesman who acted like he'd just arrived to take my money. After questioning him about all the crossover cars, he persuaded me to test drive an NX. He knew nothing about the car and the ride was awful. The interior safety features on the 2018 Lexuses are impossible to use, and my salesman had no clue as to using them. I've had my IS 350 for 10 years and I'll be switching to a new BMW or Audi. Never ever again at this place.

I have been trying to contact someone about a vehicle they have listed on line. I have to say that I am perplexed how these people are in business if they don t call people back. How are you expecting to make a sale if you don t call and follow up with your clients. I have been in sales for over a decade and I have not seen such a thing before. I will not be doing any business with this location or any lexus in the future. Will take it somewhere else where it s valued!

I have always brought my Lexus IS 250 for service at Lexus of Kendall; and for the past 3-4 years my Service Advisor has been Luis Rivera. Luis is a true professional, always making sure that his customers are well taken care off. He explains what service the car needs and why; and he always goes the extra mile to make sure that he, and Lexus, always deliver top customer service. Thank you Luis for your dedication.

Today I came home with a Brand new RX350 and I am super excited. I had to Write this review because my experience was probably the best experience I ve had in a very long time when it comes to buying cars. Edwin Obando was a superb sales man, he made us feel right at home. I am going to definitely send people over to him!!! Juan Soto was also amazing, thank you for the smooth transition and for the professionalism from both of you. I was considering buying the GX...worst potential ...

I was considering buying the GX...worst potential buyer experience ever.
The sales guy is one of the most unprofessional and passive aggressive I've ever encountered. They have the cars parked in the roof under the scorching sun. Once there, the guy basically pointed us to the car and was checking his phone all the time in his corner, he was not engaging the customer or providing basic assistance nor answering questions. He basically was acting almost annoyed by our presence...unbelievable. He even advised me to look at American cars because they are more spacious...:) This guy must be paid a flat salary by the hour.
Thank God they showed their true colors....less than one star if I could...
Lexus ! I'm taking my money gladly to competitors, you are not making us a favor by selling us your crappy, overrated and ugly cars.

As a courtesy they brought me my item just a week and shocked
My experience with the lexus is original. Terrible I do not recommend the lexus to anyone

Great selection of vehicles. Great sales staff. Our salesman, Alex Valdes, was terrific and never pushy. The entire staff from the sales manager to the finance people were very helpful as well. No high pressure here. We are repeat customers and will do business with Lexus of Kendall in the future.

In the middle of a pandemic , a day as hot as Hade...

In the middle of a pandemic , a day as hot as Hades must be, I went to the garage to start the car . Mask on , astonished , the car was dead ! Not a single sound ! I called Lexus Roadside service . The phone system dropped my call 5 times in a row. I called Kendall Lexus who intervened and called Roadside service for me . My car was flatbed towed to Kendall Lexus . It seemed hopeless for my car to be serviced that day , much less to get a loaner car ! When I connected my phone call to Victor M Ramirez , service writer , things were turned around . We are down to only one car now that we re retired , and my husband disabled. That would leave me with no car for emergencies . Victor M Ramirez stuck his neck out for me and 3 1/2 hours later my car had a new battery ( killed by the hot hot humid weather ). In addition , any other service needed for my car was done, car washed and sanitized . The world could go on without additional stress not needed during a pandemic ! Thank you !

I am giving them three stars due to the little contact they made a attempt to have with me they were very nice which is why I didn't put one star. I sent a inquiry in and heard back right away saying someone will contact me right away. Four hours later I tried again and was told it will be any minute and that they were sorry which is no problem everyone gets busy. But I never heard a single word from them again all day and I still have not heard anything. They were great when they first called me and they seem like a great dealership but they haven't tried to sell the truck to me.

Hello today I went to do maintenance on my car GX 460, take an appointment at 3:15 and the gentleman who attended me told me they were going to do the maintenance, we went to the car and there I was charging 299$ because I had not something included in my lease but I told him I had never paid for doing maintenance because the car is still under warranty and that service was for the 25k miles, he told me it didn't matter and i was going to send an email to the Lexus about that I wasn't worried then that I waited inside while I was and they where doing the service, I waited like 2 hours and saw that the car was parked outside and I went to ask the receptionist if the car was ready so she looked and the papers did not appear! to me never this gentleman gave me receipt paper nor that I had to sign anything for the service even though that's free! I've always done it but in this case I haven't! well he got there where I was and he told me that the car was ready and they did all the maintenance, oil change, rolling, rotation of the tires checked everything and gave me the keys, what happened? when I got into the car and I turned it on and they hadn't done anything to him! they just washed it and parked it there? They made me waste all that time because I didn't want to pay him? this gentleman's name is luis rivera

If I could leave less than a star I would, when I purchased this Vehicle I also bought a maintenance plan yet after a routine maintenance I had done, I was told by Luis Rivera that he didn t see I had purchased anything, i didn t have access to the vehicle papers at the time so I just paid the 200$, however later on that day I found them and did verify that I had indeed purchased a prepaid maintenance plan, I called Luis and left him at least 3 voicemails and he hasn t called me back (it s been 3days ) to explain why he or whoever he verified with was unable to see that had this plan, I spoke with the gentleman who dropped off my car and we spoke again via text, I text him a photo of the purchase agreement he stated that Luis was at lunch but he would have him call me back as soon as possible, (Luis never called back so he might still be at lunch). I also spoke with a young lady in the service department and I asked her to have a manager or supervisor call me back so I could have it sorted out(no one called so maybe all of leadership is on a much needed retreat). The next time I called they were closed for the day (how convenient) I called Luis again today and left another voicemail and still hadn t heard anything back, but it s interesting that he made sure to call me on that fateful day when he was processing my payment for a service I had already paid for when I purchased the car, but since then he s been MIA. Ultimately I m going to have to take time out of my schedule and go there in person just to deal with something that could easily be resolved via telephone . Pathetic customer service on the part of Lexus, I really expected better. I get it we re all busy and everything is rendered more complicated/difficult due to Covid etc , but to not return my calls after 4 voicemails and 3days is unacceptable.

My overall experience at Lexus of Kendall was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I came through the doors I was greeted and welcomed by a representative named Nelcy. She assured me I would be helped and that I would end up being completely satisfied with my experience at the dealer. Needless to say, Nelcy lived up to her word as she said she would and I ended up joyfully driving off the Lot a little while later in my new GS. Thank you to everyone who made it happen for me, anyone looking for excellent customer service and easy car buying process, I highly recommend you check them out!

Javier Lacayo Is an excellent seller. We bought a car that was beyond our budget, but much better than the one we had in mind at the beginning. We are very happy with our new car. Sellers like this should receive a big bonus.
Also, Douglas Lora from financing dept. was very helpful and kind with a lot of experience clarifying all our questions.

the service department is extremely bad, starting with the fact that they give you bad information about the things in the cars and they don't do the job well, you go by appointment and never have a car to give you when it's supposed to be given to you or when the mechanic is not there and you have What to expect does not give you a good attention and in addition I had 3 bad experience with my car that is new and has a factory problem and turns off and they could not give me a car because you must have an appointment that was the answer they gave me that I would take the broken car and go to the next day to see if they could solve the problem the truth that I never bought lexus not for the car but for the bad service principally the lexus of kendall

Kimberly (who helped me) was very nice and the best that i have received to help with my car! She provided clarity on my services and was helpful in getting the services done (and getting me home!). Typically the services performed here are over priced for the work, take way too long, and sometimes not as detailed as you would do yourself (due to the high volume of people i presume). Overall, it is convenient but unsure if it s more because of Lexus procedures, or of this location.

I must say that for buying a vehicle that is well over $40K the service here is horrendous, I recently took my vehicle for a maintenance oil change and tire rotation they informed me that it would be about 2 hours so I decided to go have lunch, 3 hours later and no phone call from anyone I decided to head back to the dealership, when I arrived my car was ready however the service adviser had left for lunch and closed my ticket and did not bother calling me to advise me that both my ear tires were worn and needed to be replaced needless to say now I have to take time off from work just to resolve this

Worst experience ever. I was lied to and manipulated into picking up my vehicle when the manager Bernie agreed on signing documents stating of a non repairable condition my Lexus rc has right now. When I got to the dealer shop foremen Frank and Bernie both tried to trick me into signing that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. These people are scammers and unprofessional.

The salesperson who attended us was William Corredor. I have to tell you I really had NO interest or intention to buy a car! My family and I were just going to test drive an IS350, before finally deciding to just have my old one painted! William was very accommodating all the same. We test drove two cars...and that was it! William was very knowledgeable and professional; answering all questions fully. In my opinion, William Corredor is a valuable asset to your organization. He has been extremely helpful after the fact in providing exceptional service with regards to things that were missing from the car. In my mind, true customer service begins AFTER the sale. very disappointed at the experience with them the way at the time of filling up the paperwork ,they slipped in additional $1300 as made-up fees, which were not disclosed during the negotiation process of the used car i purchased at already a higher kbb value.. i hope they do business by being more upfront and clear in communication..
