The salesperson who attended us was William Corredor. I have to tell you I really had NO interest or intention to buy a car! My family and I were just going to test drive an IS350, before finally deciding to just have my old one painted! William was very accommodating all the same. We test drove two cars...and that was it! William was very knowledgeable and professional; answering all questions fully. In my opinion, William Corredor is a valuable asset to your organization. He has been extremely helpful after the fact in providing exceptional service with regards to things that were missing from the car. In my mind, true customer service begins AFTER the sale.
