If I could give no stars, I would do so. However, as a longtime customer of Lexus of Kendall, I'll simply say I was sorely disappointed upon my recent car-buying visit. The sales associate was horrible and I spent most of my time (hours) there waiting for him during his cellphone calls and "errands" in an uncrowded place. Upon looking at the cars (only a couple) in the "showroom" I was sent up to the 2nd floor to look at the NX F-Sports. I literally knew more about the available packages and deals than the salesman who acted like he'd just arrived to take my money. After questioning him about all the crossover cars, he persuaded me to test drive an NX. He knew nothing about the car and the ride was awful. The interior safety features on the 2018 Lexuses are impossible to use, and my salesman had no clue as to using them. I've had my IS 350 for 10 years and I'll be switching to a new BMW or Audi. Never ever again at this place.
