I haven t bought a car in nearly a decade because it s such a headache and I avoided it for several years. Today I went went in with minimal expectations and I got super lucky because I got an amazing team to help me pick out my dream car. I initially called and got Eivys and she was super accommodating and pleasant. When I arrived she assigned me to salesman Mario and he was THE BEST. (He reminded a lot of my dad) He was very patient with me and I never felt any pressure to buy anything. Also, his English is perfect. I couldn t be happier with the service I received from these two today. Happy car hunting!

Poor experience here. Salesman not knowledgeable. Sales Manager dishonest. Pricing changed several times. High pressure. Attempted bait and switch with the vehicle, then claimed they only sent a sample vehicle so I could see color combo and had a cheaper car on bill of sale. Every stereotypical car dealer nightmare. Called JM Lexus from the lobby, they had a deal worked out and approved in an hour and are delivering my new car tomorrow.

I was in the market for a new car after having been with Audi for over 10 years. I was sent to see Patti Warman at Lexus of Kendall and my experience could not have been better. Patti was both sincere and knowledgeable, and she found me the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. She, and the team behind her, made the process seamless. Leasing/Buying a car is always time-consuming and stressful, but I felt comfortable and confident with my choice.

Gentlemen, be careful when you check out their cars because the staff steals and they say that you sign a paper saying that they are not responsible for the things in the car and the manager Ivan Martinez says it is a lie that what you want is May his money be returned. but in such an exclusive dealer of good quality, one does not think that he will be robbed. I think that it is not about silver, if not about security, about responsible people and that one trusts a dealer of that quality and does not have the security of the personnel as it should be. There are thieves always check the Cuban cube with an oversized tendril. It was a perfume today but tomorrow it can be a rolex to any other customer or something very expensive and they won't realize it. Thank you and I feel super bad.

Great service! Luis was so attentive. This was a routine maintenance and he was so lovely and accommodating. Received a loaner car in minutes and was on my way to work. He communicated exactly when the car was ready. Very happy with this experience. This is why I came back to Lexus of Kendall.

First time getting a Lexus and I was pretty impressed with their Service Department . They were able to accommodate an appointment the same day I called to installed Apple play in my 2018 NX. They were very friendly and mindful of my time (which I appreciate a lot). I only waited for about an hour. A big shout out to Marylu Acosta. Thank you so much for everything! You are the best!

We called about an advertised vehicle and were told it was still available. I mentioned we were over an hour away. We made an appt. Gave our number. Received a text 10 min prior to our appt to make sure we had the address. When we walked in they said it was sold. Obviously it was a scam to get us in the door. We are extremely disappointed.

So many Lexus dealers to choose from in South Florida but when thwy treat you right and are professional just no better place to go. Fernando Valdivia is my new service advisor and is great. A good pick up for service department to have him.

I have bought several cars throughout my life and I have to say that Alex Valdes provided the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Alex was professional, knowledgeable of the Lexus products, and he was patient during the entire transaction. The sales manager was sympathetic to the fact that my son had been at the dealership for a while, and he ensured that we left in a new vehicle the day of our visit. The team at Lexus of Kendall gained a customer for life!

I visited Lexus of Kendel in February thinking about an SUV purchase and was introduced to Patty Warman. Patty listened carefully to my needs and spent a lot of time with me. Patty really knows the Lexus products and was able to show me a variety of options. I had a feeling of trust and partnership when I left the dealership. I decided not to make a purchase at thiat time. When I did finally make a decision 8 months later I called Patty right away and she exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Patty's enjoyable personality is straigt forwad and honest while at the same time she does not pressure the customer. When I worked with Patty I felt welcomed, valued, Respected, heard, and understood. I LOVE MY NEW LEXUS! I highly recommend Lexis of Kendell if you want a fantastic customer service experience. I had the most wonderful and welcoming experience at Lexus of Kendall. I was attended to by Mr. Edwin Obando, which his professionalism and attention to detail is bar none! He handled everything for me electronically, showed me numbers and figures and not one dime changed from his estimate to final numbers. I only went to the dealer to quickly sign the paper work, test drive the and he went as far as setting my phone up to the car and teaching me all the little tricks my new RX 350 came with. If you ever visit Lexus of Kendall ask for Edwin.

I recently purchased a use vehicle and was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism I experienced. I was helped by a young man - Yussef - who took a lot of time to listen to our needs and make suggestions. We visited 5 other dealerships before coming back. Yussef helped us find a car that met my family's needs, within our budget, and went that little bit of the extra mile in some added 'incentives' to make sure we left there very happy. It's my first experience with a car dealership in Miami where I felt please with my purchase and would gladly recommend this place to friends and family.

I thought I would be able to rate higher after I received my vehicle, but I'm more dissatisfied after delivery. I'm in Texas and I bought a 2007 Lexus sc430, sight unseen, that was delivered today. This entire process, that started prior to hurricane, was unpleasantly long. It wasn't until my sales person was ready to close the deal, then he became impatient. NOW, I see why Lexus of Kendall wouldn't disclose the inspection I requested repeatedly. It was an act of congress to get pictures. I sat down in the car immediately after the delivery and discovered it was filthy, low on gas, and wouldn't start, mind you, I paid a dealers delivery fee of $899.00, which states "these charges represent costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale. Also, I paid $498, an electronic registration filing fee, on top of the delivery fee. So why couldn't I get a copy of the inspection prior to buying and a clean car with gas since I paid for it. Worst Lexus buying experience ever and this is my 3rd Lexus. I'm sure there's more issues I will find once I can drive it and have it inspected by Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth. Did I mention the finance guy told me "don't be nickel and diming me, I gave you a great deal" when I called him to go over the contract I received in the mail. I was appalled by his comment. There's more but I'll stop for now.

Daylor was quick and helpful with getting me the part I needed and Harry was extremely great at assisting me with my cars service needs. The time itself was surprisingly fast. Terrible Customer Service. Especially The Consultans I will Call them Sales rep. Here's what happened to me. After finishing paying my Lexus RX 350 my Dashboard was cracked . Fortunately I've receive a letter from the Lexus company saying that "I can go to any location" and receive free service to repair my dash. I called the Lexus Customer Service number and they were very friendly. They told me I don't need to make an appoiment for an inspection. Only when the aragments for the replacement. I went to the office in the morning with my three months old baby and I was waiting for a person to see my car and do an inspection the first thing this guy told me is that I don't have extended warranty. (A sales technique, not an inspector)
Lexus Customer service agent said that I can get the car fix and that I don't have to pay a penny for replacement because it's a recall in all 2006-2010 models. Seven months since my visit To Lexus of Kendall 10775 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest, FL 33156. And I have not receive a response. left several messages. And not response From this Company. Mr Llerena said that He wilI call me in three months to let me know when the Dash arrive... That was 8 Months ago and I still waiting for the call back I left messages on his cell phone he's and he doesn't response I try to call again and different times and they for nobody answer. so my horrible experience. I would not recommend to car dealership to any friend or family.

Isaac Glosson in the Service Department cares about his customers. He has been with Lexus of Pinecrest for many years. He follows up with you after your service appointment and will even come in on his day off to check up on things. We had some paint peeling and he found a way to have it covered under the warranty. We always request Isaac as our service advisor because he is truly a pleasure to deal with.

Originally, I didn't know what car I wanted but after walking into this Lexus dealership my mind was clear. It made a really good first impression. I was politely greeted by salesperson named Felipe. I told him my car situation and he was understanding and told me not to worry that he was there to help. It made the experience of going to the dealer more enjoyable. Being a first time buyer, I barely knew anything and he took the time to sit me down and explain everything to me. Service: A+

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing our salesperson, Patty Warman is. She is patient, kind and so knowledgeable. My husband is quite particular, and there was not one thing he wanted that Patty did not deliver on. I have had many cars over the years, but I have never worked with anyone as competent as Patty. She was never pushy and made our entire experience at LEXUS a pleasure.
LEXUS OF KENDALL is so lucky to have Patty as an employee.

Went in to get a standard oil change on my wife's car on Saturday and was really taken back by the special treatment we received. Aside from everyone doing their best to abide by the new social distancing rules the dealership was super clean and I was in and out. Bernie at Lexus of Kendall is always servicing my cars and without me asking for anything additional he takes it upon himself to make sure all aspects of the car are on point. Considering my wife waits till every light in the car lights up like a concert before telling me to take it in this is important. Lol. (Lexus that was an exaggeration of the truth used only to illustrate how Bernie takes care of even things I didn't think of. lol). When we received the car back sooner than anticipated it was Cleaned, tires rotated, tank topped off and oil freshly changed. Thank you Bernie for always being attentive and taking care of our family's Lexus appointments with professionalism and care.

I received excellent service from product specialist Patty Warman and Juan Soto in finance. They are unbelievably personable and beyond knowledgeable on all products and services. Patty was very detailed in teaching me the vehicle s latest features she even took the time to telephone me about an hour later to check up on me and my drive home. I highly recommend Lexus of Kendall their attention never disappoints. They earn your trust the minute you walk into the door.

They have the worst customer service I ve ever dealt with .they screwed me on a used Range Rover I got from them .
Knowing it s a lemon they still sold it to me .car was making rattling noise under the hood after 2 month of having the car . i went back few times to complaine and the kept saying oh it s nothing it will go away .i had a warranty for one year they never fixed the problem finally the Engine blows .15 k to replace from another company not Land Rover .they wanted 24k .are u kidding me !!!! i Blame my self for trusting them but I don t recommend anyone trust them .take my word for it .on top of it they destroyed my credit since I didn t have the money to fix it . So I just called Toyota financial which I had excellent credit with and told them to come pick up the car ..if they look up my name they will know exactly who I am .
I have my own Business for many years I would never do this to a customer simply disgusting .

The worst experience in car buying of my entire life. I purchased a 2012 BMW from Edwin who sold me a car that had engine problems and they covered it up for the sale by resetting something in the car. He was not even kind enough to make sure I purchased an extended warranty to help me even just a little, but he could not even do that. After 20 years in the business you would think he would have some conscience but he did not. It doesn't end there though. The finance guy Duglas sold me a maintenance package that was useless because it's a Toyota/Lexus dealer and they cannot service BMW's. I found this out a month later when the check engine light came on and a huge whistle in the engine came on. Don't TRUST ANY OF THEM. I made a complaint with the BBB and I am trying to get the Channel 7 news to make news special on dealers just like this. Did you know that the guys in the service department in Lexus all earn by commission? Which means that they may be telling you your car needs something it does not just to make their paycheck for the week. I will NEVER buy a Lexus and I will NEVER buy a car from these losers.. Not sure how they sleep at night!

Very disappointed in Lexus of Kendall. They did a great job bamboozling me and now I'm paying the price. A deal was agreed upon and they did not fulfill their end of the bargain 2.5 years later. It's been such a mission getting this cleared up and they will not make this problem go away. For four months they've been giving me the run around. I will never step foot into this dealership ever again. Once my lease runs out there is no way I'll buy another car from this dealership again. Thanks Eduardo for making my life hell. Never again! If you're reading this be very careful shopping at this dealership. Just look at all of the negative comments on their yelp page. I'm not the first person to write negative feedback.

Once again, Lexus of Kendall and Patty did an excellent job of accomodating me in the pandemic by doing my lease buy-out completely from the comfort of home. I digitally signed, took photos of the odometer and my DL and that was it! Thank you Patty and Lexus of Kendall for your flexibility and accomodation!
