Great experience. Almost like drive thru service. Did everything online and over the phone and just dropped off my old lease and picked up my new one. Thank you Geovanny Tapia!!! The most pleasant car experience I have ever had!!!

My previous Lexus lasted 14 years without a repair...

My previous Lexus lasted 14 years without a repair other than normal maintenance, and I would still be driving it (a 2000) if not for being hit by another driver which totaled my poor Lexus. This is the reason I would settle for nothing other than a Lexus on my last purchase. Lexus is always very responsive to any issue I might have.

Scheduled a last minute appointment and was able to see a technician right away. The Lexus rep Victor was great and kept me updated on everything they were checking on the car while I worked in the lounge area. They were able to identify a very odd problem with my car and get me back on the road quickly.

This dealer was my last visit of the day as I am shopping around for a car. The salesman was very pleasant, I thought this would be the dealer I purchase the car I've been looking for because of him. Until the ruthless shark in the suit came out. First he gave me a story about how they have been trained to make customer experiences better by asking customers what they dislike most about dealerships etc. Then when we started the negotiation process, he was very pushy for me to sign that same day even though I told him multiple times I'd like to wait for other dealer's responses. The fair offer that I gave him said couldn't be done because the dealer would be losing. But as I was leaving he said too bad, he could have offered me an even lower payment than what I had offered to pay but to leave and not to waste his time. So much for improving customer service. That is exactly what customers hate about car dealers. Maybe he needs some more training.

First it was difficult to get the appointment with...

First it was difficult to get the appointment with the adviser I wanted. Finally after a work around it happened.

The concierge that receives you on arrival is prompt and pleasant. Disinfected the car before sending to the mechanic. Al wearing masks.

Reception was fully staffed.

My service adviser is super pleasant and took my car sooner than I expected. Gave me a great price for the service which no one else seemed to be able to do, TPMS sensors reprogramming.

Couldn't get a loaner. That was a little disconcerting because when I arrived to get my car there were dozens of loaners for the picking. Maybe there were none when I arrived. Now I know where to look. I was advised by the setter lady ahead of time that it required more planning to get one. I was offered a paid Uber to go get my car but on COVID19 time I declined.

What was supposed to take less than an hour turn into about five. I don't mind if it takes the whole day if I'm told that up front.

Payment was prompt and pleasant with the usual over charges which never seem to stop surprising me.

The car washing was not great but at 20:00 hours didn't look bad with shinny tires. No vacuuming inside.

The little snafus is why I gave 4 stars. Maybe is CORONA time?

In the end my repair was performed and my TPMS system is working again.

The only technical issue I'm concerned is that I didn't get s heads up to a missing lug nut. I knew but they didn't know I knew.

Would I come back again? Probably yes.

I took my car to the Lexus of Kendall for a service and I had good experience, they give a perfect costumer service, they are very kind with the costumers, especially Mr Luis Rivera. I definitely recommend this place .

Don't buy any parts through their online parts department, they will never respond to any of your phone calls. Have made five calls asking to confirm order status and no one answers.Good luck.

The entire staff at Lexus of Kendall were friendly, informative and professional. Our sales consultant, Claudio Asbun, was amazing. He was able to address my every question and concern and was never pushy. We greatly appreciated his kindness and demeanor. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I cannot recommend Claudio and Lexus of Kendall highly enough.

I came in completely lost and not knowing what to buy or even where to begin. I was immediately greeted by a sales man Felipe pereira who quickly calmed my nerves. From the get go my experience was great.. they make you feel comfortable even providing water and coffee as if you're VIP. He asked everything I was looking for and even what I didn't want. We were able to find the perfect car the exact way I wanted. the experience was so great that I recommended to a friend to go in and buy their first car as well. They received the same VIP treatment and service. 5 stars all around!

Coming into a dealership is always a hassle. It s headaches and uncomfortable pushing and sometimes feels like you re walking into a shark tank. When I came into this dealership though I was greeted by my sales person Shakil Rehman. He helped me narrow in the the car and package I wanted and was an extreme help. Would definitely be having my friends and family come to him.

Getting a new car could be such a headache when dealing with the wrong people. Thankfully Lexus of Kendall has Edwin Obando, if you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend him, he's the best Sales Representative I've ever dealt with. He made sure my first experience dealing with Lexus went amazingly well, he was very informative and very patient. He took the time to explain everything but at the same time made sure the paperwork process was not getting delayed. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to do business with him.

I had a terrible experience at the Lexus of Kendall. I turned in my lease early in September and purchased a vehicle the same day. I was told when I turned in my lease that I would not be held responsible for any outstanding balances. I received a bill from Lexus Financial two months later stating there was an unpaid payment and was due within a week. I called Lexus of Kendall several times, sent emails, and NO ONE has called me back ( it's been two weeks now). I regret purchasing my vehicle at this location. The customer service I received initially when I was purchasing a vehicle compared to how they're treating me now is mind blowing. I will not be coming back for any future appointments. I am a loyal Lexus customer and will be returning to West Kendall of Lexus where they value their customers.
