Lexus of Kendall and Cesar Alcala. Beautiful facility. Valet parking for customers. Everyone is very courteous and professional. Cesar Alcala, an old friend from the gym I used to go, works there and let my wife try ( twice!) the 2017 Lexus NX and the IS 200t...Cesar was very patient and very knowledgeable about the product he represents. Also very patient, attentive, a great listener and pleasant. We were offered top dollars for our 2006 GS300 and we leased a 2017 IS 200t ( color: Red Line ). The lease financing had a contract exactly as Cesar told us how it was going to be and we had help from a personable young man to insure the new car. A very interesting car shopping experience done in 2 days
( Saturday and Sunday ).
A great combination, a great car for my wife and a fabulous experience leasing it.

STAY AWAY! Horrible experience leasing my car here. I've been leasing cars from Lexus for the past 10 years, as has my family, and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this particular dealership.

Terrible collection service. I made the appoiment for 8:00 AM. They had not arrived at 3:00, they came the next day at 11:00 AM. They took the car and lost the key from Thursday, June 25, they had my car until Saturday, 4. the afternoon only for rotation.

DO NO GO HERE TO TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE. I traded in a car almost 3 months ago and they still haven t paid off my trade in because someone made an error and got the wrong pay off quote so my account was still short. The told me they will take care of it but they have not. If you have a problem this dealership they will not call you back to tell you what s going on even after so many messages. I have had multiple Lexus and this is my first time going to this dealership for a car and I have never been treated like this before! The WORST customer service ever!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This Lexus dealership is amazing. Not only did Raul (sales) and Juan (finance) help me get a dream sports car, they did it with kindness, efficiency and extremely fast. Our experience was awesome ,all the staff were very professional,especially the seller. The waiting time was less than 1 hour.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Everything about the dealership experience was great, but the salesperson made me a customer for life. I asked Alex Valdes to keep his eye out for a particular vehicle make and color for me. Within days he had located the vehicle and from his notification on a Friday, I was driving off the lot in my new SUV the next day! He took his time to have me test drive it late on a Friday, stuck with me during the purchase on Saturday and has followed up to make sure everything worked out well. Go to Lexus if Kendall and ask for Alex Valdes! He gives the type of service all customers should get but very few sales people give in Miami. Thanks Alex!

wow!!!!! i took my car into lexus of kendall service and i had the privilege of interacting with Fernando Valdivia - he is the probably the best advisor i have dealt with. he approached me every so often to call me in in my car, he showed me my air filter to see how dirty it was and was great will see him again.

Nice place, nice people, and you can negotiate well with people that will have consideration for you.

I switched from North Miami Lexus to Kendall and am very happy with the latter. Level of service is far higher. Harry Reyes did more for me in one month than North Miami Lexus in 10 years, and it s not an exaggeration. Thanks guys!

I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but I am so deeply disappointed on the service my wife and I received from Lexus of Kendall on May 14, 2019.
We had called to get maintenance on our 2018 Lexus NX300 and also get the A/C checked, since it was emitting a musty odor every time we turned it on. Aside from regular maintenance, we were told that they recommended we change the air filter (for $93.69), which we did, but that was not enough!
They recommended we spend another $200+ in order to do a more complete a/c system cleansing. We were also told that the musty smell came from dried up leaves stuck in the vents below the windshield. However, our car is parked in a garage at home and under a canopy at work! The technician told my wife when she went to pick up the car, that there was nothing they could really do, just avoid parking under trees!
We tried to reach Lexus directly, but said that this was not a defect. They were not helpful at all. We find it ridiculous to have to spend almost $300 to get an a/c system overhaul and hope that it might help, but not guaranteed.
In the meantime, my wife has an auto immune disease and this musty, mildew smell affects her health. I don't plan to renew my lease after this situation. This has never happened with any other car we have used. This is unheard of! Very disappointed with Lexus. Can't wait to be finished with this lease.

I just had the best car buying experience at Lexus of Kendall. It was contactless , no hassle, no problems. I stayed in the comfort of my house until the car was ready to be picked up. The sales person was Jose Garcia, who is very pleasant to work with . He even picked me up at my house when the car was ready. I also would like to thank Mr Eduardo Solis , who is one of the managers and who also contributed to complete the process . Job well done !

Thanks to Inti Llanes, I have a brand new Lexus that I am in love with! I will always go back to Lexus and Inti to get my new cars. He s super sweet and funny and gets his work done.

The workers for the service center are extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment on Tuesday to bring my car in for service on Friday at 1 pm. Fast-forward to my appointment I get here at 12:55 pm and they said, Luis, the service advisor was going to be with me within 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to ask the receptionist. They directed me to an office where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for Luis to come around and tell me I had to wait another hour for my 10k mile service appointment. My appointment was at 1. This place has horrible customer service and unprofessional staff.

Terrible service they made me wait, they told me they had resolved the situation and then it turned out that they had not. If they pass by, let it not be with Luis Rivera.

Seller with great communication skills, customer oriented, strong knowledge of business and ability to engage customers. Very pleased with my purchase and the process from begining to end.

Reporting back, Victor the service advisor has given me up to now amazing service to the point without mentioning it, he noticed that I qualified for a manufacture service bulletin to change out all door panels, dashboard, glove compartment center consul box, and even the lower instrument panel due to sticky conditions exposed to the sun for that specific year and model. He placed a special order for nearly the entire interior of the vehicle panels and will call me when they arrive to have them replaced. I have also noticed they are not stingy or give you any issues for a loaner for legitimate services and repair jobs. That is not true with all Lexus dealers from my experience dealing with them for 28 years being a loyal Lexus client and buying several Lexuses. I ve been buying Lexuses since 1992 and they have gained my business! Also the loaner driver called Terry was over the top courteous and professional believe me I m extremely busy I would not take the time to post anything anywhere unless I was impressed

I purchased my SUV from Lexus of Kendall. Jose Garcia was my salesman. He made the experience so pleasant. He did not pressure me at all. He took his time with me even though it was close to closing. He explained everything to me. It was my first car purchase by myself. I was a bit nervous but the process ran smoothly. I would definitely go to him for my next SUV purchase and I also recommend him to all my family and friends!

If you're ever considering buying lexus, the last place you should ever consider is Lexus of Kendall. Lexus of Kendall is a sister company to Toyota of Kendall which if you read my previous review You would have a small glimpse of how terrible these two dealerships are. The lack of communication is only the tip of the iceberg. The layer of BS to try to cover up any stupidity, lying or thievery that they actually do, seems to be Taught More if fission Attley then actually selling vehicles. I don't know how much I can express how terrible these people are as human beings, or a dealership company. To give you an idea of how these people are we came to return a leased vehicle that They refused to do a pre-inspection prior to giving in the vehicle then when we actually arrive at the dealership at 10:30 in the morning they told us that they could not receive the vehicle or see us until two in the afternoon. That's the only time they receive the lease vehicles. Don't you think it would've been helpful to just tell the person first of all that they have to come at a certain time or make an appointment when they're going to return the lease. The gentleman is sitting at the front desk not only was rude but seem to think that he was gods gift to earth. Spoke down and disrespectful to not only me but another client that walked in asking him a simple question of directions. I left the dealership angry and frustrated, As the gentleman behind the desk smirked with his smug look. They need new management new training and I have no idea how Toyota or Lexus even gave them a dealership license.

With all the health problems I ve been having lately I was really dreading having to go into a dealership and switch out my ES for something new. Thankfully my sales person Shakil Rehman was there to greet me with a smile and made everything as smooth and effortless as it could be. He helped me understand my new NX and made sure everything was perfect for me in the end. Would advise to meet with him if you re looking at getting a new/used car from this dealership.
