My overall experience at Lexus of Kendall was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I came through the doors I was greeted and welcomed by a representative named Nelcy. She assured me I would be helped and that I would end up being completely satisfied with my experience at the dealer. Needless to say, Nelcy lived up to her word as she said she would and I ended up joyfully driving off the Lot a little while later in my new GS.
