Jorge Ruiz was fantastic. We re not from the US so the process was a totally new experience and Jorge took us through every step. The selection of cars is great as well and the search system allows you to find out what you want to look at either onsite or before you come.

Sebastien Ambroise is a good car salesman. He was very good in helping me buying my Toyota. He made the process so easy for us. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He's a good asset for offleaseonly.

I had been wanting a Jeep Wrangler for some time now, and no other car dealer had it the way i wanted it. Upon walking onto the lot while looking at Jeeps, i found just the one i was looking for. Pedro (sales) and Sean (finance) took excellent care of me during the buying process and made it seamless and painless. I'm glad to have gone to Off Lease Only. They truly put no pressure on you to buy a car, and they make it an easy and enjoyable experience.

Stay away from Off Lease Miami, most of the cars are damaged or have been involved in accidents, hence the discounted price, but ultimately you end paying more in repairs or losing money when re selling. Their customer service is appalling, I went in two occasions and was treated extremely rude by the sales associates, the first time a sales associate called Christopher with an arrogant and rude attitude was extremely uninterested in helping me and was pushing me for buying the first car I saw, the second time another associate called Alexander nicer attitude have to say, decided to stop answering my text messages because I didn't buy the car he suggested initially during my visit. Their finance office totally damaged my credit score by passing my details to several lenders without my authorisation and running several credit checks. Ultimately, I ended buying somewhere else, where I was treated as a valued customer instead of another number. I will call this place the McDonalds of cars and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody who is expecting a decent treatment when making such as an expensive purchase as buying a car.

Amazing customer experience!! Claude helped in everything and they all answered all my questions. Very recommended. Transaction is transparent. They show you the history of the car.

He was very informative and knowledgeable about all the cars I had questions about and made sure I had no concerns by the time I left the lot. I bought a car in Offleaseonly by the end of last year. I went without recommendation, only by reading their positive reviews in internet. I was attended by seller Carlos Cohen, and he was very professional and friendly. I recommend him. The process was quite fast, really low stress (minimum possible :-O), you can look and test all the cars you like, and the prices are adequate. One week later I though I had an issue with the car, and I came back to Offlease, and again they were extremely attentive, understanding, and they helped me a lot. Fortunately, car had no problem, but it show me the value of the employees in Offlease. Great! My advice is that before visit the dealership, you should check online, in the website, and bring a list of possible cars. I didn't know, but you can even check the Carfax of each car. Checking online is faster and more efficient than traveling around cars and cars. Bring your list! Conclusion: For those who want to buy a previous owner car, at a very good price, and with a first class service, Offlease is an excellent option.

I have never had such an easy car buying experience. Everything was great from the moment I walked onto the lot. There is no pressure, they do not follow you around. All cars are open to the public and you can inspect at your leisure. Yeney is amazing. She walked me through the whole process from start to finish. They give freedom to test drive on your own, show you the Carfax report and clean and detail it when you buy. Yeney, thank you so much for the best experience a customer could ask for. Easy to deal with. Tons of cars to choose from. Up front pricing without haggling. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star is because the financing portion took hours when I was paying cash. It seemed like they didn't have enough people in that department. Edwin was our sales person and I would recommend him to anyone looking.

My husband & I purchased our 1st electric vehicle at Off Lease Only this past weekend. We had been thinking about this purchase and looking and researching for a while. After finally doing all the leg work and knowing exactly what we wanted, we went to Off Lease Only. Hector greeted us kindly, explained how the process worked and left us to comfortably browse on our own. Although we new exactly which car we wanted - we had the # and everything - we actually found a cheaper, cleaner vehicle with even less mileage! Hector was gracious and accommodating throughout the process, always inquiring if we had any questions or needed anything further - while attending to at least 2 other customers at the same time! I was most impressed with that! He was incredibly efficient at making sure all our paperwork was in order and that we had everything we needed when we were able to meet with finance. We had already spoken with our own credit union and secured a loan. I am fairly certain our finance gentleman's name was Richard and he was able to secure us an even better rate than our credit union. Despite the time it took, which is the norm ANYWHERE one goes to purchase a vehicle - the time we spent at Off Lease Only Miami was truly the most pleasant, relaxed, stress-free experience in car buying we ever had and we attribute almost all of that to Hector's kind and solicitous nature and excellent customer service. The free food was pretty darn cool too!! Thanks for making us not hate car buying any longer and we have already begun singing your praises to our family and friends.

Off Lease Only is a great place to buy a car the staff is very kind and helpful and the prices are very affordable. Both the sales representatives and the finance employees are kind and do their absolute best to give you an enjoyable experience along with making sure you're happy with you purchase. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Brandon who was very kind and helpful through out the process.

Found vehicle we wanted on dealer's website. Called before driving there and salesman Charles Diaz verified vehicle was in stock. Withing 1 minute of arriving, Charles warmly greeted us and immediately brought us to the vehicle (to the one we wanted, not to other cars). Interaction was refreshing, was not a typical and painful car buying experience. Took car for test drive then bought it. Transaction was handled by Paul Stern, a very knowledgeable and experienced finance guy who hammered out the paperwork lickety split. There was ZERO annoying hard sell on anything (i.e., extended warranty). He even pointed out a potential issue with our insurance to ensure we were properly covered. They all pleasantly stayed late after closing to take care of us. Thank you Charles and Paul for outstanding customer service! Btw, the car is awesome and was a great deal.

Walking into the sales office was overwhelming. I had been to another Off Lease Only office many years ago, but this location was so much more different and buzzing with energy and excitement! I was met by several helpful greeters who immediately called Francisco Flores to assist me. He had made himself available earlier in the day by phone and text as he had answered my online inquiry about the MINI Coopers. Cisco was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He was more than accommodating to set up two different vehicles for me to test drive. He made the entire process from beginning to end very smooth. I will definitely recommend Cisco and the Off Lease Only Miami location to all of my friends and family.

Adam went above and beyond to make this entire experience wonderful. I was nervous driving 4 hours and not find the car I was looking for. My sales person Manuel(Manny) was amazing, he helped me when I asked and left me to make my own decisions without any pressure. I had just gone to look at the vehicles as a gift for my father and I ended up buying the vehicle then and there. One thing I can say is that the customer service I received from them was more than outstanding. They did my financing there and I had nothing to worry about. The Cadillac RSX is beautiful, fully loaded and I couldn't have asked for a better price. I spent about one month and a half looking for this particular vehicle for my dad and I am sooooo glad I found it with OffLeaseOnly Miami. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 (gas) in December 2016. Today is Feb 25, 2017...still no paperwork from dealer on the truck. I followed all of their instructions (flaky sales rep: Jen). I constantly had to follow up with the dealership regarding inspection from third party, wire receipt of funds, timing of shipping, etc. I have called the dealer multiple times, sent text messages to sales rep...still no paperwork on my truck. Very poor customer service. Filed complaint with BBB.

Out of State buyers be aware!!! I traveled "redeye" to pick up my new car. Sales Agent Scotty, was helpful, but they landlocked me. Car was not good, Information warning light on. They said drive 10 miles and it will go off. Still on, !! Rear door was painted, not mentioned, bad work. I need to take this to Ford.
Financing! They agreed 5.6% interest rate and it was 7% when picking up.

What I can do more than leave?? Took the bad deal home!
