Absolutely the best experience of our lives in buying our cars. I was interested in a New Toyota Tundra and went to this dealership. First impressions are gold and let me tell you this impression was beyond gold for my wife Dorothy and I (Steve). We met with John Portie (Sales Associate) and Chris Jordan (Finance Manager). John immediately answered all of my concerns, and John and Chris both helped me find the truck that I wanted. John was very knowledgeable as with Chris, and made our experience with Keith Pierson Toyota such a fantastic experience, that my wife and I will always recommend this dealership to our friends and family. John even came to our home after work to finalize some documents (unbelievable, as I have never seen this kind of treatment from any dealer). John and Chris were fantastic to the end and gave everything they had to ensure my wife and I were taken care of properly, and that the transaction went smoothly. John was the best sales person I could have ever asked for (Outstanding, friendly and never pushed. Always knowledgeable and treated us like royalty). Chris Jordan your Finance Manager knew the numbers, and made everything fit very nicely in our negotiations. Very friendly gentleman and our concerns were his top priority. Chris ensured that we were happy with the outcome, ensured that we were protected, ensured we got what we wanted and ensured the contract process was painless. Chris was absolutely fantastic. He did not hide behind a glass wall as with most dealers, and interacted with the sales person and customer consistently to help with selection, curb any problems, correct any concerns and simply and sincerely laugh with the customer. Chris and John made us feel so at home. Due to Chris and John, we were pleased with our outcome, we were never once pressured to make any decision, felt at ease, felt safe, felt that our concerns were sincerely being tackled, felt that the customers best interest came first, and most of all they ensured that we were happy every moment that we were there. I easily got my Tundra due to John s sales technique and Chris's Financial Knowledge. Chris and Johns people skills are beyond approach! My wife and I left the dealership feeling so at ease and just could not believe the outstanding treatment we had just received. It just was absolutely breathtaking and mind blowing. On a scale of one to ten, Keith Pierson Toyota, with Chris Jordan and John Portie rate an absolute 100 on a 1 to 10 scale. Not a typo, yes 100. Our experience was so perfect that my wife and I traded in our Hummer H-3 the very next day and bought another new car (Toyota Avalon) from John and Chris. Again the service from John and Chris was again perfect and just absolutely fantastic. With John and Chris at the lead, Keith Pierson Toyota is sure to excel, and sure to have returning customers. My wife and I will forever be a Keith Pierson Toyota returning customer, and we intend to purchase all of our vehicles from now on from this dealership. Chris and John, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB, WE COULD NOT EVER ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN WHAT YOU GAVE US.... Please accept a heartfelt thank you for making feel so good, and taking such outstanding care of us.
