My experience thus far has been horrible.I reached out to an agent about a property that was just listed about 30 minutes after it was listed and she seemed like I disturbed her and didn't call me back about the info that I asked her.I then called the office again and got her cell number and sent her a text and as of today, I still haven't gotten a response from Ms A. Hill and honestly there is no need for her to respond.

Update: Mobility areas get one month extra of rent as an incentive payment in a lump sum from the CHA for every new voucher leased up, so why is a move-in fee charged to the voucher holder? Who is to blame now??

I worked Peter Ilori as a buyer. Pete's knowledge of the processes saved me a lot of research time and helped me narrow down my choices. Going into buying, I wasn't sure if I wanted a single-fam home or apt.
He found a lot of good deals based on my income and budget, saving me time on searching. I did my own searching as well, but he found the house I ended up buying.
He was able to give me the scoop on different neighborhoods/ building types and their selling potential all throughout Chicago and the suburbs, before and after rehab, based on data and his experience as an investor.
He responded to emails within minutes and did his best to make the closing process happen quickly. Any time there was paperwork emailed to me that was time-sensitive and needed my signature, he called my phone and let me know vs letting it sit in my email and get missed.

My opinion that KaleREALTY is competent and caring is due entirely to my experience with one of their agents, Kevin Mueller.
He was an outstanding help to me as someone who is new to the city and very particular about what I was looking for in an apartment. My search had been going on for about a month, and I'd bounced from realtor to realtor UNTIL I finally, luckily, got in touch with Kevin.
He actually found me the perfect apartment for the perfect price. I never would have found it myself, or even known it existed, were it not for Kevin. The other realtors I worked with who were told the same about what I was looking for didn't think to show me what is now my home.
As a side note, he was never aggressive or pushy with me when I didn't like something. I've experienced something akin to bullying from desperate agents who just want to close on something with you and get their commission and move on to the next. When I told Kevin I didn't like something, he just said "Ok, let's keep looking" and found me more options.
Kevin was a property manager for a while before moving into real estate and he also helped me ask the right questions of the landlord and even after the contract was signed and his commission locked in, he was offering me help finding the best cable/internet options and asked if I needed any assistance coordinating the move.
I think he genuinely cares, and it shows in the kind of results he gets.

I started working with Tim Harstead last fall and closed on my first home today!! It all took so long because I was VERY PARTICULAR about what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Tim bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and well educated on the process, always answering phone calls and responding to email and text within 30 mins or sooner. He worked evenings and weekends. He made sure to recommend properties based on current condition and predicted future value, even if one property was less expensive than another. He also provided me with an awesome attorney in Anthony Panzica, and an AMAZING inspector Leon Slack. I plan on building a rental portfolio, and when I am ready to buy my next house, I will do so with Tim.
Olga Kaminska took my money, but she didn t her work and doesn t want return my money. She work with federal saving bank and they cheat people together, also her boss ( kale realty owner) called me after my review and He asked to delete my review, he promised to settle everything, but a month passed and nothing happened! You can leave my money to yourself, but I will not delete my review.
I just wanted to thank Mr. Derrick Stinson, he was very knowledgeable and met all my concerns. After a year of reviewing houses/ contracts I finalized the closed!

Terrible experience with kale realty. The boss of the bosses as he was described Jeremy has such bad attitude. Asked him for a small fix at the apartment where I was planning to move in. Gave me the worst attitude and answer there is to get from a first time talk with me. His rude behaviour talked me out of my lease. Had paid him $1050 for first month and 200 moving fee. Does not want to refund it even though I have not moved or lived at the property. Not to mention their basement are not finished laying on flat ground, not cement. That in itself if a big hazard. So look further and go with a better company, better people and better deal.
I wish I could give no stars we are currently in the process of selling a home and our broker/ realtor is horrible and lies and is sneaky I hate that we even went with this company. I think this company should do a better background check on their employees this is not how you do business ! I will defiantly look into reporting them to the realtor's association ! Please save yourself a headache because you will being doing the realtors job ..update : thank you d.j for speaking with me this morning I hope this can fix the problem we are having with the broker/realtor that works for your company .

The worst customer service ever!! I'm renting a garage from them. I scheduled a maintenance request on the app multiple times and never heard back from anyone, what's the point of having an app if no one responds to service requests??? Since day one the door has been broken. Now the roof leaks on my car and is messing up my paint job. I told their maintenance person about it and they've done nothing to fix it. I've been renting the garage since March of this year. Last month they rushed to fix the other garage door because they have a new tenant renting that side of the garage, yet my side they haven't done anything about it. I took pictures of the damages to my car. This is the worst company to do business with!!! I would give them zero stars if possible.

We moved from Denver and looking to relocate to NW Chicagoland. We started looking for a good agent to help us with our purchase the way most people do- asking family and friends. Jason's name popped up in a few conversations so we reached out to him right away. Had a great lunch with him to discuss our goals and objectives, which were a little murky to be honest. We changed our parameters when searching, more than a few times. Throughout the whole ordeal Jason was patient and understanding with us as the winds shifted. With the Covid situation we found the SFH market to be super hot, particularly in the suburbs. Not knowing what to expect in terms of walkthroughs and such (again, because of covid) Jason arranged everything very neatly and organized lots of tours for us without hesitation. He knew where to steer clear of and gave great tips throughout our buying process. Since we kept flip flopping between a multi unit investment property and a SFH, the market research and knowledge that he brought to the table was invaluable. When we got down to the wire he helped us keep a cool head while we negotiated with the sellers. Ultimately we got our favorite house and are making it our home! Lori Dake is the WORST agent you will meet! Be warned, do not meet with her. She is unresponsive through email and text and lies about applicants just so you could waste your $50 on an application fee for an apartment you most likely will not get. She'll tell you that no one applied, but then will you tell you one WEEK later that she accepted someone else applied before you. -A now homeless college student (She could care less about her customers)
