Terrible experience with kale realty. The boss of the bosses as he was described Jeremy has such bad attitude. Asked him for a small fix at the apartment where I was planning to move in. Gave me the worst attitude and answer there is to get from a first time talk with me. His rude behaviour talked me out of my lease. Had paid him $1050 for first month and 200 moving fee. Does not want to refund it even though I have not moved or lived at the property. Not to mention their basement are not finished laying on flat ground, not cement. That in itself if a big hazard. So look further and go with a better company, better people and better deal.
