The worst customer service ever!! I'm renting a garage from them. I scheduled a maintenance request on the app multiple times and never heard back from anyone, what's the point of having an app if no one responds to service requests??? Since day one the door has been broken. Now the roof leaks on my car and is messing up my paint job. I told their maintenance person about it and they've done nothing to fix it. I've been renting the garage since March of this year. Last month they rushed to fix the other garage door because they have a new tenant renting that side of the garage, yet my side they haven't done anything about it. I took pictures of the damages to my car. This is the worst company to do business with!!! I would give them zero stars if possible.
