I worked Peter Ilori as a buyer. Pete's knowledge of the processes saved me a lot of research time and helped me narrow down my choices. Going into buying, I wasn't sure if I wanted a single-fam home or apt.

He found a lot of good deals based on my income and budget, saving me time on searching. I did my own searching as well, but he found the house I ended up buying.

He was able to give me the scoop on different neighborhoods/ building types and their selling potential all throughout Chicago and the suburbs, before and after rehab, based on data and his experience as an investor.

He responded to emails within minutes and did his best to make the closing process happen quickly. Any time there was paperwork emailed to me that was time-sensitive and needed my signature, he called my phone and let me know vs letting it sit in my email and get missed.

He was fair, and by that I mean he showed concern for both the buyer and seller, understanding that there were hard-working people on both ends.

He stood up for me when he felt that my time was being wasted by a seller.

When visiting properties, he was able to spot important imperfections that could've resulted in problems down the line, (signs of water entry, roof quality, etc).

Peter went above and beyond his obligations as an agent. I owe him one. I highly recommend working with him. He's really deep into real-estate. I think this is all he does. The day after I closed, I ran into him at Home-Depot getting started on another project. Get him while he's still available.
