If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My agent Kim Gilmore is the worst! I have been waiting on a short sell approval for 2 years. And all she is doing is lying. She show most interest in her commission then having her Client best interest at heart. Also she charge me a 300 dollar fee, which I m just finding out it s illegal. I hate to blam the total company for this one bad apple in the bunch. So if your looking into this company please please look pass Kim Gilmore.
