Using Jake Lyons of Kale Realty was the best decision I could have made when purchasing my new home. He was always available for me and took out all the stress. I wanted this to be a fast process, and right from the start, he devoted an entire day to looking at nearly 30 places with me! When I decided on the place I wanted, he truly did the work: he made sure this deal went through even when I was out of the country for two weeks and kept me calm when things weren t looking promising. He consistently kept open communication with everyone involved and was so supportive in what was a really trying time in my life. He even worked on his birthday, Christmas Eve, AND Christmas Day! In my opinion,having Jake by my side made this WAY less stressful than it would have been with anyone else.
