Jason was fantastic to work with from the get go! He takes the time to educate you the home buying process (if it s your first time) and answers all questions, no matter the size! He s highly responsive, which we appreciated, and is quick to get a day of showings set up for you. We were impressed with his level of preparedness, bringing us a packet of show sheets with all historical info on each property we went to see. Jason has a depth of knowledge in residential construction, and is always transparent, which is another great tool to have! We were very pleased with his recommendations for inspectors and attorneys to get us through the home buying process as well. It s clear that Jason is respected in the community and has built a great reputation in Chicago! We would highly recommend Jason If you get the chance to work with him!
