Amazing customer service!! Arrived faster than expected!

Been dealing with these guys for years. A friend of mine turned me on to them when he was ordering parts for his race car so I though I would give them a try. Who knew they would carry every part I needed for my 4x4 Diesel truck and my side by side UTV. Fast shipping, good prices and always great customer service!

Great experience with these guys, was looking for an megan racing exhaust, everyone was telling me 2-3 months. These guys got it to me in 3-4 weeks, with amazing price. Great communication and customer service.

Anyone who doubting them because of reviews, those are old. It's 2020 and these guys are legit.!

These guys are either a SCAM, or the worst company i have ever dealt with. Placed an order and paid for it, didn't hear anything for a week, only to be told that it's on backordered. I have since tried to contact them every couple of days by phone, and email, with no response.
Shop somewhere else, unless you like throwing away money.
Wish I googled them before buying anything.

My father and I have been buying parts from MVP Motorsports for a long time. Neither one of us has ever had any problems with Dusty or Robert. They are two very knowledgeable people that are always willing to assist you. MVP Motorsports truly stands behind every product they sell! One of the main points that sets them a part from the rest, is that both either Robert or Dusty will actually talk to you on the phone and stay on the phone with you till the issue at hand has been resolved. MVP Motorsports has great customer service and even better prices that frankly can't be beat. Anything I have ever needed for my cars whether it be my MKIII or MKIV Supra or even my SC, they always have the parts I need in stock. If you need anything, especially 2JZ related, MVP Motorsports is the place to go!

Too much effort just to get a hold of these guys. You call & call & call no answer. Sometimes it takes me multiple days just to get a hold of someone after trying for hours.

MVP is a recommended A+++. Excellent Communications and Great Customer Service. The Prices are super competitive and shipping is VERY Faster.

Do yourself a favor just walk away and buy somewhere else!!! Don t believe me? Do some research.

Dusty has always worked with me and been very patient. He always gets anything I need and updates me regularly on status whenever I order anything. If anything has ever been wrong he doesn t hesitate to make it right. I highly recommend MVP Motorsports.

The first and main place I shop for all my parts. I began buying parts here based on their expertise and pricing for my Toyota Supra and have now bought off-road parts and all sorts of other upgrades over the years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, quick to ship, and most important to me are excellent with communication! Keep up the great work!

They sold me a product seibon carbon fiber spoiler ... the product was never shipped.. They promised me to issue refund. I have been calling since last 2 years but they never respond.. Not sure how to get back by $580 bucks.. May be file a complaint in small courts or sue them.

Absolutely horrendous; I payed for and ordered a 2jzge header back in December and I still haven t recieved it. At first they would answer my calls and emails asking about the status of my order (saying it was a product quality issue), but now they blatantly don t answer any of my calls or emails and ignore me. Where the hell is my product?! Buy MVP Motorsports if you want to roll the dice and not get what you payed for.

These guys are fantastic! They are NOT, I repeat, NOT MVP Auto Parts so ignore all the horrible reviews because apparently their customers can't read. The crew here is friendly, fast to reply, offers really fast shipping (same day on almost every order if you place it early enough), and their attention to detail is unlike any company I've ever dealt with. Keep up the great work, guys!

Owners a mouth piece. No one should deal with these crooks. Your parts will come damaged, if they show up at all. And they will never offer refunds. Seriously, anyone reading this review STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PART SOURCE!

If i could rate them a zero I would! I had ordered items that were on back order. I was the one having to call each month to ask or find out the status of my order now it has been 8 months and I've asked for my refund (going on for 3 months now) and I get the run around. I will never support nor buy any product from this company again.

These guys literally have every part for every car. Picked up a super rare set of lug nuts and had them by weeks end.

Bought a flywheel off these guys, took longer than expected to ship then when it showed up it was clearly abused and warped. They offered no refund in anyway and were very rude to deal with.

I have been dealing with MVP for several years now and they have been great to me. Always knowledgeable and great pricing.

Customer of 5 years yet I get the run around almost every time. Ordered my hks oil filter over a month ago and at first was told they were refunding it because they couldn't get it. Now that's not where my problem was; my problem was that the refund bounced from their checking account and now I'm left to wait yet again because they couldn't remain diligent. Was told their owner is on vacation but that frankly isn't my problem and if I was him I'd pick up calls even on vacation; the customer comes first. Their MVP motorsports 2jz oil dipstick is literally super glued together for 100+ dollars shipped. It came apart and the handle got lost while I was driving. Bought a 35 dollar eBay billet one that the handle is held on by a hex screw. You can't do better than one for 35 dollars can?!?

HIGHLY RECOMMENED???? NO WAYS, I ORDERED PARTS FOR MY SUPRA, THEY NEVER SHIPPED THEM (ORDERED THEM OVER A YEAR AGO). I SOLD MY SUPRA, AND I WANT TO GET THE REFUND CHECK FOR WHAT I ORDERED. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM EVERYDAY FOR OVER 3 MONTHS, AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THE REFUND CHECK HAS BEEN MAILED TO ME, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY LIE EVERYTIME I CALL.....NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I THINK THE COMPANY IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE ME THE REFUND ON MY ORDER. THEY ALL ARE LIARS, AND THE OWNER (DUSTY) NEVER NEVER REPLIED MY EMAIL. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING CUSTOMERS' MONEY.

I've been a happy customer for at least 10 years. Throughout the years MVP has always tried to keep me happy. Maybe a part got delayed, they would give alternatives or full refunds no questions asked. I have even asked to go after parts they don't offer and was still able to purchase thru them.

I have been buying all my BMW parts from MVP for quite some time now, and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Dusty, saw I was asking some general questions on one of the Supra pages and jumped in and offered some great advice on some different products for my MKIV Supra. He was extremely helpful while I himmed and haw'd for a couple of days until I finally decided what I wanted to pull the trigger on. They are always top notch I've ordered from them several times.

Extremely easy to work with and you get exactly what you expect (or better). Great communications and flexibility, never a problem getting what I need right away.

I have been buying parts from MVP since 2001. They have consistently had great customer service, pricing and a very broad product selection. Over the years I've sent many friends their way with the same positive experience.

Ordered a few parts from Dusty during last year's Thanksgiving sale. He was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. However, I never received one and the most expensive parts I bought. He claimed it's lost but would order me another set. I never heard back from him afterwards. I guess this is a way he uses to steal money from his customers. Making you wait, so you won't be able to dispute the charge. Buyers beware!

I ordered and paid for parts that never came.
Seven months of stories just like other customers experienced, many are posted in consumer reviews on line I read since.
The other salesman never ordered your items and lost in the warehouse, you'll have your items next week and so on, it all sounded very familiar to me. I too got sick of calling these totally incompetent liars, even the rebate that was to happen became a mirror event like it was when ordering the parts to begin with, an endless saga of b.s. and false promises.
It took a fraud complaint with my bank that finally stopped the misery and forced a refund.
It is amazing judging by the noumerous consumer complaints people posted about this scam joint that there is no consumer protection agency stepping in. Other people were not so lucky to get money back. I have since learned that even paying by credit card makes it hard to get protection since there is a time limit on filing a dispute. I hope this helps someone to be aware.

MVP Motorsports is one of the very few stores left that is dedicated to the Supra community. They have been relentless in trying to find not only new vendors to purchase from, but new products to offer the community.

MVP Motorsports has been great in their responsiveness, ability to price match competitors, and update you on products that are made to order. Damaged items have been replaced free of charge with expedited shipping. Customer service has been very easy to work with and get a hold of and the professionalism of the employees has been outstanding.

I purchased a custom made triple a-pillar gauge pod before the Black Friday Sales and MVP was nice enough to refund me the difference and include my order as part of the sales.

5 Stars for service and the persistence to offer new and improved parts to the Supra community.

DO NOT BUY from this company. My company purchased a set of headlamps a year ago. After three months of not receiving the lights we canceled the order and lost a customer. We have been trying to get a refund for over a year now. When you call there no one has any idea of what is going on much less who and where they are. They apparently sent out a refund check on 4/1. They provided a tracking number that does nothing but states label printed. On 4/5 they told us it is lost in the mail. This place has the worst customer service and is a joke. Save your time and money and go to one of the other hundred companies out there.

Been ordering parts from MVP for my Supra for the last 15 years or so, always timely service and fast shipping, with some of the best customer support around. Very knowledgeable staff has been able to answers many of questions even outside of orders, with no pressure for me to purchase from them. Genuinely a great group of guys!

They also sell oem parts and were able to help me get replacement parts for my crv.

Do not buy from this company. Problems still exist to this day. Ignore anything they say about problems being a past issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
