I meet all the requirements but because im a single black mother with 4 small boys. The company thought it wouldnt be good to lease to me. So they told me even tho i make 2,800 a month i dont have enough money to rent a 1,900 apartment

I contacted realtor.com and the connected me with Syed from Kale reality. After the initial phone call and a follow up text I never heard back about the viewing. No response to my text messages. Should have done some research on this company first. Very disappointing.

Excellent service from initial contact to view properties to the sale closure. This was our first time buy and we were given great support throughout the process. Andy was pro-active in arranging viewings of the type of property we wanted and of negotiating the final deal.
Found a small fixer upper listed for $25k in my hometown in Indiana (2 hours away from Chicago) but they were the realty company who we had to contact through realtor.com. So I tried calling Constantine Hadis twice, around 10am Friday morning, in which he didn t answer, so I decided to text his number at 10:30am asking about the house. Finally got a response that night, after midnight, at 12:41am. Real professional. So I reply the following morning, Saturday, and ask to view the house and he asks me to send him my pre-approval letter. All I was wanting to do was look at the inside of the house because there are no pictures online, absolutely no reason he would need my pre-approval letter yet. His response was no can do at this time because I wouldn t send him my pre-approval letter that I was still waiting on from the bank (trying to lower interest rate). We sent a message asking if it was some sort of scam he was running and even offered $10k cash sight unseen since he didn t want to drive all the way here to show us the inside of the house. In which he sent a VERY nasty, VERY unprofessional text back. Would not recommend this realty company at all, at least not with agent Constantine Hadis.
I personally experienced that Kale Realty is the best place to put an end to real estate search. Along with it, the customer support team is even 24*7 active to help you out with any issue.......I m completely satisfied with their charges and perks!!
Jorge Ramirez was the absolute best. We worked together for over a year and saw quite a few homes. He never made us feel rushed or like we were being overly picky. He didn't just guide us through the homes aimlessly, he inspected it for all the things that were deal breakers for us. He inspected crawl spaces with his nice pants on and was always keen on seeing a house more than once. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Not sure what else to say other than this - Kale Realty must have a good training program. The broker I used had just passed their exam and received their license, so I was a little nervous (he's a friend of mine) that he would screw something up. He didn't screw up at all. In fact, he was on top of it. I'm pretty sure Kale helped him along the way - which helped me!

I have to say this is a very unprofessional group of people that I really honestly wish I do not have to work in.. I am currently in one of their units. Before I moved in, they made me push back my move in date, so I did not have a place to stay since my lease was up at my previous residence. They still made me pay the move in fee, and I had to pay for living arrangements on top of that. Then, I move in and the central heat was blowing mildly warm air. Everyone knows Chicago is freezing in the winter. I asked Jeremy, the property manager, and Mike to fix this (multiple times with emails and text to prove it). Nothing was done. I've been here since December. It has been a very uncomfortable winter. To top that off, the place was advertised with an extra room, that was a lie. Unless you're in a bind, I would say look for another realty company. And when I call about it, Laurie, who answered the phone, was so nonchalant and sounds like she didn't even care. What kind of service is that if i'm paying all this money for my apartment?
My agent, Ms. Lena Straight, was very helpful in the process of purchasing my new home. She made sound recommendations on things to look for, confirm, or avoid in the property that we visited, and she regularly followed up on the progress of my application and documentation. I definitely recommend her and Kale Realty.
This was the worst experience I Have ever had!!! Lori Dake is a liar and very unprofessional. They discriminate. I don't want to blame the Realty group. She doesn't need to work with the public. Don't play with people time and money. I had to treat to sue to get my money back

He was upfront about what would be realistic for my budget, but he still worked tirelessly to find places that checked off everything on my wish list. I was happy that he was honest with me about what was realistic, but I was ecstatic that he STILL somehow managed to find an apartment for me that had everything I wanted.
