Grand hotel in a beautiful setting. Nice lounge and good dining. Golf course is challenging but manageable. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Great location for large events. Service was outstanding.

The night check in staff is incredible - very warm, friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant and bar staff are wonderful - took great care of me and all of my employees.

The food was quite good and the bar selection was great!

The pools are lovely and the rooms are comfortable enough with nice views.

However, only 3 stars because the afternoon desk staff was completely unhelpful, and had such a foul attitude when they were supposed to be helping me resolve an issue with my room key (poor customer service).

There was a bug in my room (the bathroom trash can, of all places), and it took over 24 hours for someone to call to check in about it, and I didn't get a clean trash can (again, poor customer service).

Super

The location is beautiful, landscaping exquisite, staff friendly and overall, the visit (which lasted less than 30 minutes visiting a ftiend) was great... Until I had to pay $20 for parking.

This place is awesome for me and my kids. There is everything we could want here. Activities for them, gym for me, pool for them and me (lazy river and water park) it has it all! The only thing missing is coffee in my room

Big, comfortable beds, beautiful grounds (bring a pole and fish the pond adjacent to the hotel !) and friendly service (especially at Bodega next to Starbucks). Primo restaurant has it's own herb garden. Parking is expensive-- try to snag a free spot along the road from the golf course to the hotel.

Ok

This hotel is great if you re just sleeping there. Don t come here if you need to use the wifi because it is unbelievably slow. i tried to see why but they claim the wifi is having an update for 3 days which is BS.I will say the staff is very kind and the service is amazing. The rooms are comfy and it comes with a nice TV (bring your own movie disks).however the beds have a mattress pad that always comes off as well and then you end up laying on a hard mattress. The food is alright but i wish they had more selections as well. The area for the pool is beautiful but the pools are not the best. It is basically one big pool that is connected and the lazy river isn t your typical lazy river. overall this is alright

This hotel and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but I would love to go back and enjoy the pool, lazy river and spa. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet and the room service breakfast was delivered as ordered and on time each morning. The first night we ate at the bar and the service and food was very good. Our waitress was very friendly and brought over a bowl of nuts with our cocktails. We ordered the sushi, a salad and buffalo chicken sliders. Everything tasted very fresh and was delicious. The second night we had dinner at Primo and Brandon was an excellent waiter who provided great recommendations and awesome service. The antipasti had a vast selection of meats, cheeses, olives, nuts, fruit compote and honeycomb. It was so large that I decided not to get a full entree. Brandon recommended the heirloom tomato salad with artichokes, olives, pine nuts and I added a side of grilled shrimp. My husband ordered the 12 oz prime NY Strip and it was cooked perfectly and it tasted great.
The hotel staff was great everywhere you went throughout the property. Our room had a balcony but it wasn't large enough to sit outside. The hotel is very large and we noticed that they had two nice outdoor lounge areas with comfortable furniture and they both had fire pits which was nice because my husband likes to have an evening cigar and it got a little chilly in the evening.

Nice!

Friend was in town for a Conference, very nice hotel, grand entrances, fountain. The pool is heated with a lazy river and two bars. They have a couple eating options one being Primo which uses natural grown ingredients form a big cute garden on the property. Golf course didn't play but know it is well renowned and looks nice.

Love the hotel but making a reservation is a nightmare and using the rewards Dept was torture... took over 2 HOURS and still got nothing... and no general manager on duty . So no reservation and they ended up making us loose all our fast passes and ruining our last night at Disney... so right now... I hate them, even though the rooms are nice and the property is fun.

We spent New Year Eve here and they had an awesome party in the lobby. We got the fireworks view room and we were able to see all the fireworks from all over Orlando at each of the parks going off at once. This was in addition to the ones that the hotel put on. It really was an unforgettable way to ring in the New Year.

Went to go eat dinner at W. C. Kitchen inside the hotel. Gotta say, this is the first time I experienced a great meal where the claim of "farm to table" holds true. Looking forward to another meal there!

Great property. I was here for a conference and the service was great. The location is set back away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close enough if you would like to get to the parks, etc.
The room was nice but it was always humid and I had to adjust the temp to get it anywhere near comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the humidity in the room was a pain.
The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The TP was sufficient not soft but not construction paper either.
There are fees associated with the property but they are clear and noted. Internet was solid with no noticeable lag.
Overall positive experience.

Would never expect a luxury hotel to be this unethical. Our reservation stated it included breakfast but this was not true when we went to get breakfast. Then To charge extra drinks (said we had 12 alcoholic beverages in 4 hours between two people) on our pool tab and close it out before we could even sign it is unexcusable. They stamped on the receipt we let the pool without checking out. We were at the pool till 6:30. Then to say they will call us back shortly and 4 days later still not call. This hotel could care less about the guests experience

My room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is all very friendly including the cleaning staff in the front desk. I was here for an event so the event services staff is extremely helpful and very very friendly. I would definitely stay here again even if not traveling on business and I would also hold an event here again as well.

What a beautiful resort. We went to the Christmas day dinner buffet at the hotel restaurant Citron. The quality of the food, the presentation, and the fresh flavor was well worth the cost. We arrived early for our reservation and were seat immediately. The restaurant was busy and every seat fill but it did not feel packed. We were able to get over free and did not feel rushed. The restaurant team kept the tables turning, and food displays freshly stocked. They had gluten free options and accounted most every taste or dietary accommodations. All dishes had nice little signs so no guessing. I would definitely return.

As Orlando residents we have stayed here as a couple, family and large groups of friends. This is the absolute best place to visit wether traveling from afar or a staycation. Beautiful property, great choice of restaurants, amazing rooms, pleasant and helpful staff, Golf and the enormous pool with a lazy river that keeps the kids busy all day.

Very beautiful hotel with friendly sfaff. I was supposed to stay here but hurricane damage moved me to another hotel. From the experience I did have from interaction and walking around at the conference I would have given 5 stars to them but the hotel they moved me to was much worse. That may not have been their fault, but they did choose the relocation hotel.

Stayed here with my family for a quick weekend, staff was great, room service took longer than they told us (30min longer). Hotel has great decor, and had no other problems other than room servicde. The rooms itself were nice and are worth the amount money we payed for them. I cant really talk avkut the restitants at the hotel because we ate else where but they seemed good. But if you are using the hotel to go to Disney and universal, I would recommend staying on site instead of at this hotel. Mainly because the hotel is about 20min from Disney without traffic and 30 to 45 depending on traffic. Universal was about 10 to 15min. Overall good hotel but I wouldn't give it 5 stars because I reserve it for top of the line luxury resorts.

I stayed here for a conference. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy the amenities and/or grounds as much as I would have wanted to due to work commitments. The restaurants within the hotel and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

The fitness center was adequate and my room was nice. It was great to have the option of a separate shower and tub which made it feel more like home.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel. I'll definitely book a room the next time I'm in Orlando.

Great place for both business and pleasure. I was here for a convention and their staff was on point. The food served was of quality. I also got to extend my stay and relax with the family. Great pool with lazy river. Good choices for food without leaving the premises.

This is one of my favorite hotels by far. Technically it's a resort, that said, the rooms are great the atmosphere is amazing the lazy river is beautiful and the location is prime. The prices are at a better high on food and drinks but the convenience is unmatched

When you are in Orlando this is the best hotel to stay. Staff are all five star! Polite helpful friendly and always there to help you enjoy your stay. Beds are heaven. So so comfortable
When you are at the pool or golf course or just walking the grounds, you do feel as if you are on an island! It s beautifully landscaped and tranquil yet fun. Great restaurants on site as well as bars.
Staying at the JW Marriott Orlando has the plus of having the Ritz Carlton connected. Pools restaurants and lobby bar and coffee shop are amazing! Two hotels in one!
