Stay away. Lied to multiple times by sales and finance was told it would be fixed and wasnt. Customer for 15 years and will not go back. The lies and sneakiness will now cost me money and hit my credit score. Never late on a payment in 15 years will never trust them again. Big runaround thanks for nothing .

Why call? Too much jargon and runaround after multiple calls. Would never have signed a 12k mile lease. Told it was 20k like i asked and trusted your salesman and didnt read it slid into the contract. 15 years no problems. Told nissan had a program if over miles they forgive if you get in another nissan. Tried trading about a year prior and told we cant do anything about it. Would have prevented all of this if all the lies didnt happen. You really think that little check you sent fixed this? Balance should have been paid off for all the lies and somehow everyone there make it out to be my fault. Guess it is for trusting rt 66.
