I totally recommend this dealership. They treat you like family there. They don't stress you out while figuring out what you want. My sales person Carl was SUPER HELPFUL AND PATIENT! And management could not have been nicer.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Sansone Auto 66. I will say that Dwayne Parker was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & a true gentleman. I recently bought a Rogue Sport from Sansone Jr Nissan and I have to say that it was the first time that I actually enjoyed buying a newer vehicle..Gavin Gatta is a top notch, no pressure salesman who got me everything I needed!
The service department was also 5 Star...A very busy crew, the Sales Manager actually came out to help his team and showed true leadership.Andy Garcia and his staff are outstanding!!

My wife, almost 1 year old daughter and I went in this afternoon with hopes that leasing a Kia would work out for us. We were greeted quickly by Manny while outside looking at a Sorento. If we could give this man 10 stars on here, we would in a heartbeat. He has such a calming demeanor and never once made us feel pressured into anything. He took his time to explain our options and we felt comfortable the entire time we were there. Once the decision to proceed with the paperwork was made, things got interesting for us. We had taken my car there, but wanted to trade in my wife's Jeep. As she stayed at the dealership with our daughter and Manny, I drove home to go pick up her Jeep. While I was on my way back, I hit a bit of traffic and all of a sudden I felt something off. I looked at the side mirror and saw the rear tire wobbling like it was about to fall off. I pulled over and called my wife to let her know what happened, and she put me on the phone with Manny. His response was "let me see what we can do, I'll call you right back". Within a few minutes, they called me back to tell me that he was on his way to come help. Ten minutes later, he was there with me. I had also contacted roadside assistance through our insurance and the tow truck arrived as well. Unfortunately it wasn't just a jack it up and throw lug nuts on it kind of fix, so we had it towed. I was extremely shaken up thinking about how serious this could have been and that this was definitely a sign to get my wife in a newer more reliable vehicle. Manny drove me back to the dealership and just talked to me like a friend would after something like this happens. Most car dealerships would probably rip up the paperwork and tell us we were s.o.l., but these guys handed us the keys to my wife's new car and wished us the best of luck. I'll be looking to trade in my Honda in the near future and definitely plan on going right back here and continuing what I am sure will be a very long relationship with this dealership. Thank you guys, you made what could have been an awful day into a very positive one.

Manny DeSousa is GREAT!!!!! I came to him last year with a very tight budget, and he put me in a car that fit into my budget. He told me to comeback to him in a year and he will see what he can do for me. I came back to him a year later and he made it happen again. The general manager came to speak with me and helped ease my mind, trying to decide which way to go. On 1/20/17 Manny put me in a good car, and on 1/20/18 he put me in a way better car, Everyone there is very nice and extremely helpful.

I started my experience with The Freehold Kia dealership a couple of years ago.I went to Sansone Jr s Kia of Neptune for a recall and walked out with a new car in under an hour and half.Rudy helped me throughout the whole process and was very easy to work with. I dropped off my car at 10:46am to get an oil change, tire rotation, wash and vacuum of the car. I waited until 3pm to call to check the status of my car (also texted the number provided) I was told someone would call me back which no one did. I called again at 4pm and was told my car been ready but I never received a text or call. When picking up my car I realized it was not cleaned and I never received a tire rotation. I spoke to a guy outside which then told me to go back inside and have them redo everything. I told him no I will not especially because on my paperwork it stated I was suppose to get the car wash, and my tire rotation as well. This is not the first time this has happened I was told because maybe you were in a rush. I explained I never rush when it comes to my services I put time to the side nor do I check the status of my services except for this day.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I receive at Sansone. The quality and professionalism is superior and they have cornered the market on making service there priority. Jay and Danielle, the service reps, go out of there way to accommodate you and keep you informed and offer whatever support is necessary. I have had my cars serviced at other dealerships since 2003 and regret not having found them sooner. I actually look forward to taking my car in for service. Not to mention the great pastries they offer in the service lounge!

It was subpar DIDNT even diagnose my car but quoted me a high price to get something replaced that wasn t the issue and told me my warranty was voided.

I came to get my speaker fixed on the driver's side and was given the run around about it being fine. I waited a hour for them to tell me that I had to come back this weekend and get it fixed

So, I arrived at the dealership, at 8:50 a.m., as they open at 9.....I was immediately greeted by Jessica Moreno, and brought inside. We briefly spoke last night, and she was expecting me. Although she is a salesperson, I never once felt like I was being sold. I've been through the "dealership process" before, and this was by far, the best experience I have ever had, and honestly, probably the best that anyone could ever have. I wasn't aware I could have kept my plates from my turned-in lease. It could have saved me time/money and customers should be offered that option.. When I called to inquire, I was told it was too late and that the returned vehicle was no longer there. Other than that, I was very happy with my new car and the service I received from my salesman.
