My visit was a total waste of time and money to be told there is nothing wrong with my transmission. Sansone had it from 9:30-4:45, I heard nothing all day, and was finally told the code was cleared and I should drive the vehicle until it came back on. I took it to another dealer and they identified a whine immediately. I was completely deceived and told the vehicle was safe to drive, yet when I consulted my mechanic he said it absolutely wasn t and the light would not have come on for no reason. There was undoubtedly something wrong with the transmission. The code was cleared so that Nissan didn t have to work on the vehicle until I was outside the warranty period in a few months; the intent was transparent and the way this was handled is dishonest in a way that compromises customers safety. That is repulsive and unacceptable. I will never purchase another Nissan, and I will be reporting this incident and telling everyone I know about the way this was handled.

I am extremely pleased with getting my first 5000 mile service on my Kia Soul AKA "Red Tomato". Pulling into the lot , seeing an employee asking if I was here for service, saying yes, I was & immediately directed into the service bay was tremendous! The technician who was right there, took my info before I got out of my car ,then directed me into the waiting room that was steps away . I was there for approximately a half hour or so & was beckoned to come across the way to to their office for quick easy check put at no cost for my first full service & a slight fee for some touch up paint. Very, very happy with my Service Manager Angela and The Team!!!!

Called to see a specific car and was assured the vehicle was on hand for a test drive. I went to Jr's because they had one in stock. I made the appointment and left 2 hours of work on my desk to drive the hour to Jr's to drive the car. The person I made the apptmnt with told me she would be there with the car. I got there and no sales girl, no car, no communication with the other sales folks informing them I would be there. A salesperson assured me he would bring one from their remote lot in 10 minutes. Turns out they did not have it there; he brought a lesser version of the car and tried to say it would be the same ride. Not even he really believed it. Jr's lost a sure sale and I wasted valuable time I will have to make up with zero to show for it. .

Went to Sansone Jr. Kia to start weighing my options on my Sportage lease that was up in a few months. Didn t necessarily expect to come home with a new lease that day but we did. Mark the Pie guy was super helpful and got us into a 2020 Sorrento. Feels as comfortable as the Sportage but has more room for our kids and dogs. We were able to ask our questions and did not feel pressured during our visit. I definitely recommend talking to Mark if you visit this Kia.

My husband and I needed a second car so I decided to get a new car. I contacted Samsone Jr 66 Automall online and was contacted by Saleman Jamil Kifayeh. From the first contact to the hand shake goodbye, Jamil went out of his way to make me and my husband feel special. We talked about my options before I even drove the 1hr drive there. Once there he listened to my needs and situation. He explained the whole process each step of the way. I had explained to him that I had gotten off work at 7am and I was tired and he explained that the process would take a while so he bought my husband and I lunch and I even explained that I needed to complete some homework and he set me up on a computer to allow me to complete my homework. No only did I get a 2016 Nissan Versa note, but we made a new friend. This process is stressful no matter what your credit is but, Jamil made it less stressful and we are thankful for that.

Battery failed on my 2017 Nissan Titan called Dealership from the road they said come in right away and we will check you battery. Not only did they change the battery but took care of a recall at the same time now that's service.

In 2015 we leased a new Nissan Rogue at Sansone route 66 auto mall. At that time Gavin Gatta had negotiated our lease. 14 months left on our lease and we realized we had used up a lot of miles. We decided to call Gavin and ask if there was anything we could do. We went in and he explained our options and we decided the best option for us was to purchase a vehicle, again Gavin explained the various options of buying our leased vehicle or a new one. Happy to say we are the happy owners of a new 2017 Rogue SV. Mr. Gatta made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and with people like Gavin Gatta we feel that Sansone Route 66 is a great place to buy a car.

I would advise anyone looking at buying a new or used car to find another dealership. Sansone Jr 66 Automall is listed as a "D-" on the Better Business Bureau and their business practices follow suit.
I walked into the dealership on President's Day weekend looking at a used car that was posted on their website for $23,000. I went in for a test drive and I was shocked to find out that the actual price of the car was over $25,000 after you read the fine print, which includes over $2,000 of discounts that you must qualify for. They were going to be kind enough to "give me a deal" at $24,000, but I respectfully declined and continued my search because I don't appreciate the bait and switch.
A few days later, I receive a text message from the salesperson offering me $21,900. I agree to come in to "work the numbers" again and give them a second chance. When I came in, the price of the vehicle jumped up again since someone had "called in a deposit via credit card" earlier that day. In order to purchase the vehicle, I was going to have to bid higher than the $23,500 price they had called in. [Yes, they actually tried to engage me in a bidding war when someone else already had a deposit on the vehicle.]
Note: The same vehicle that I'm looking at is currently posted for $21,500 on their website.
To me, this is despicable behavior for any business and I would advise everyone to heed the warnings of the Better Business Bureau and walk away.
We just leased a rogue hybrid from Sansone Jr s. We had a great experience starting from Dan greating us at the door and guiding us through the leasing process to Dave finishing up the negotiations. We would highly recommend Sansone Jr s to anyone- especially considering the free tv we came home with as a Black Friday special.

Not happy with the service department. They installed new front brakes and the new brakes made a loud, grinding sound. Took the car back to them and rather than check the brake job, they prioritized a recall item which was not much of a safety issue. Also, won't give a loaner car even when they have gone well over the amount of time they promised.

My experience was lovely at this shop. I knew exactly what car I wanted after doing a lot of research and I knew the budget I was dealing with. Rudy Thurman was my sales guy (not your typical "let me get all the money I can get from you" type), but a sincere human being who was cognizant of my time and price point. Worst experience! I went today to ask about Nissan Rogue S Lease deals and I met with a Salesman which has ZERO sales skills. Here s what happened:
As a customer, I have asked the Salesman if he can match an offer I have received from another Nissan dealer just to make things easier for both of us and don t waste time, he said absolutely. I gave him the offer I have, he went to speak with his manager then he came back after few minutes and asked me while smiling What color do you like? .. We spent around 30 minutes talking about the vehicle color, then we spent other around 15 minutes talking about my current Nissan Maxima damage, he said that they can fix the car for me, then after around 45 minutes of talking about my car and the color of my future car, he told me you know what? the numbers you gave me is not approved then he started to convince me with a different Nissan car. What???!! You are wasting 45 min of my time to talk about the car color while you didn t even approved my proposal??!!! This dealership is a joke. Please avoid and go somewhere else.

DO NOT recommend. Horrible experience. Got a car, and a month later was told I had to return it due to invalid reasoning. Then even tho I was in contact trying to figure things out & showed up 3 different times to the store to unwillingly return the car, I was told I should be expecting a check of at least some of my down payment back. Come to find out, I ve been waiting for no reason & was told rudely which was my first time in this whole scenario I experienced any type of rudeness.

Previously I wrote a bad review with no intention of it going anywhere. I honestly just wanted to vent my frustrations towards the situation with my vehicle. I stand by the fact that I definitely retract that previous review because within 30 minutes of writing it I was contacted by a manager. Andy Garcia reached out to me in order to take care of the issues I had and I feel as if he went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated how understanding he was and how much he was willing to help. I m honestly always kind and honest with everyone I interact with and I didn t even feel comfortable writing a negative review prior but I just felt like I was at a standstill. After speaking with Andy I was able to come down to the dealership within a few hours and I felt as though he really genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I was in and out within a half hour and the problem was fixed! Amazing customer service and a huge thanks to Mr. Garcia for his time and efforts. I will still be recommending this dealership going foward.
