So inviting when you walk in. You just want to browse. Enjoyed my shopping for my great granddaughter. She loves her new bedroom set.

We wanted new chairs in our front room. We went to Jordan's in Avon and immediately found what we wanted. The salesman, Steve, was very helpful and got us the best deal on the chairs we liked. The delivery was set up quickly. Elliot kept us informed daily by phone and email of the progress of our delivery. The delivery crew were right on time calling just before arrival. They brought our chairs in and placed them right where we wanted. Jordan's has always done the best job for us. Thank you.

My wife, son and I over the summer met and befriended this unbelievably talented sales person Jim Huseman, who made the whole picking out of a new living room set an amazing, fun and personable journey. Between pictures of the room, measurements, aspirations of what we hoped to make the room, combined with Jim's knowledge of all that Jordan's offered, the furniture selection was so perfect, that my wife and I came back this past weekend to get Jim's guidance on paint colors for the room along with a selection of complimentary, yet unique side lamp and side tables that helped make the room POP. Jim's aesthetic along with his ability to move in between various options based on what we said, is truly a gift.

My salesperson was Kathleen and she was great. Very helpful, and not pushy at all. She really let you take your time to look around and make sure you picked the right mattress.

DAY 3 OF A BROKEN BED. Just purchased a king platform electric bed from Avon.

DAY 1 delivery guys set up bed, and it was stuck in the up position. Technician gave me attitude on the phone likes it my fault. Unable to to make it here before I have to pick up kids and not be here. So it's my fault customer service says.

DAY 2 NO TECHNICAN AVAILABLE BECAUSE NOT IN THE AREA.

DAY 3 DELIVERY GUYS ARRIVE WITH NEW PLATFORM. Again 2 hours later not resolved. Again customer service trying to find blame on something. So now have to wait for a technician again... STANDBY TO STANDBY....

My experience was a little different because I was buying just fabric.I dealt with a woman named Beth W. who culdn't have been more helpful and efficient. I told her what I needed, she gave me a price within minutes The price was very good so I orderd the fabric immediately . I was thrilled!

We purchased a bedroom set just before the store shut down due to the pandemic. Jordan's called us and indicated that they could still deliver the furniture, and gave us the 15% off and free shipping that they had advertised for new orders only. They called & emailed several times to confirm the delivery date. Chuck and Ed (delivery) were awesome, prompt & polite.
Very pleased overall with the quality of the furniture and especially the customer service during this difficult time.

Very helpful staff, we were looking for a mattress, they found one in our price range in about 10 minutes.

I recently went into the Avon store to look around and prepare for a purchase. I met with Sale guy Greg Varnum when I was walking around. He was very nice and offered advice and details. He worked with me to get what I needed and wanted. When we finished with the sectional and chairs he then happily went around with me to dining rooms and he helped me find the right set for me. I had specific likes and he found exactly the right set for my needs. I then went back the following day with more questions. Greg again helped me work through my questions and then helped me find a bedroom set for one of my kids. I would go back to him again in a heartbeat.

Buyer Beware! I literally decorated three rooms in my house around a table I fell inlove with yesterday. Spent just under 9k with Jordan s and have the delivery for 5 days from now. The manager, Bob Kinney, who worked with me directly on the purchase, calls me today to say the table had the wrong price tag on it and should have been $2,500 not the $999 on the tag. Just says Sorry - I can t sell it to you for that price? Sell it to me? They already did!!!!! And three hours of choosing pieces around it and 9k later and he calls me to say too bad???This is unfair and deceptive business practices. Then he says they sold it wrong to another customer too? I specifically went there to have this table for Thanksgiving. Horrible business! Don t go here!!!!!

A great time for kids to enjoy at Christmas. It is a wonderful experience

I purchased a bedroom set for my master bedroom and a sectional for my living room. Both are very nice and I am quite happy with my purchases. The sales and delivery process went smoothly and everyone I encountered was very helpful.

The sales people are more pushy than I remember them being. I thought they were non-commission sales. Otherwise a good experience.

Nice place .. Still 98% the same old style classic furniture, but for my surprise they also have few interesting designs and you actually can costomize some of the models ... which is not common for the furniture stores in that area .

Huge selection of many price ranges. I purchased a sectional and have absolutely no complaints. My sales person was very knowledgable and help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Suzanne Baroni, my salesperson, was outstanding. She helped me find exactly what I wanted. My recliner was delivered today, and I found the delivery men to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. I hope I get the same two when my other chair is delivered in approximately 9 weeks. So, my total experience at Jordan's was very pleasant and productive. I'll be back when I do more furniture shopping.

I haven't had to buy furniture for sometime, and it was quick and easy. Everyone was so helpful. Andy asked right away if I needed any help. I purchased my furniture with Suzanne Baroni who was so patient with me, when I was uncertain about my choice of a couch. She was Fabulous very thorough and kind. I hope Jordan knows what a wonderful employee they have working for them. I would seek her out again for future furniture purchases.

The furniture we bought was a great experience, as far as the sleep lab , My husband and I actually left and came back because the older women stocked us. This was very unpleasant. This women had words with an other co-worker. She was up set because he was trying to help us. This women was obnoxious. There is nothing worse than being hounded.

My friends and I went for the Enchanted Village and to he MOM ride. My first visit and I loved it. My friends really enjoyed the blue berry muffins. I look forward to my next visit.

Walked around for good hour. Not one person asked me if I needed help. Had a few questions but no one to ask them too. So after walking around the whole store twice to try to figure what to buy. I chose to walk out and keep my money.

Polar Express ride review: My family has been coming every year to Jordan's Furniture in Avon for years for the Enchanted Village and Polar Express ride to start our holidays. This year the Polar Express was a huge disappointment! The optics are clearly getting old as the movie is pretty dim on screen and everyone kept seeing a double image, and things were missing like the smell of mint/chocolate that used to be in the scene when they serve chocolate, or the nudge in the back, etc. But the biggest disappointment is that this year 2019 they decided to cut out scenes to speed things along! Gone is the scene with the chatterbox boy when the kid got on the train, or the reason why the girl took an extra hot chocolate and saved it under her seat. It was soooooo short. If you've never seen it you won't notice, but for everyone else be ready for a subpar experience compared to the good old years.

Store was complying with all virus recommendations. Sleep lab was very easy and effective. Bridget makes it easy to determine which mattresses to try. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to delivery and enjoying the new mattress.

Very big massive furniture centre that is sure to cater to all your needs be it indoor or outdoor furniture. There s also a clearance section which I always check out before I go fall in love with some awesome furniture in the main section.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I d like to see a wider assortment of lamps. There s also a small kiosk for snacks to go. All in all a good experience.

The upstairs bedroom (and living room etc.) sets are really inspiring!

I recently visited Jordan's furniture in Avon. I was purchasing furniture, a sectional for my new home. The sales representative Dave Dimott was very helpful , considerate and very detailed in his explanation . The whole process went very easy.

Very Pleasant Experience. I shopped on the web site and picked out the sectional I wanted. I went to Avon, walked in and went directly to that sofa. I ordered it in minutes. Paid for it and set up delivery. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My sofa was delivered and set up as promised. No issues at all. Thank you Jordan's! A+

I've purchased a beautiful bedroom set from Jordan's Furniture recently and it gets delivered this coming Saturday. I can't wait! I was approached by one of the sales people and he was thoroughly knowledgeable of the particular furniture company that made the piece that I was interested in. He pointed out why the furniture was quality and what it was made of. Overall he was very helpful in the process of trying to figure out what I wanted. It is always easy to shop at Jordan's Furniture.

The people that installed the bed and dresser did an excellent job. I watched them the whole time they were here. Yes sir and no sir is how they talked to me, which is nice to hear. I did notice that one side of bed rail has a small scratch/chip in it. No fault of the installers, it must of happened at the packing plant.

Overall, the furniture is beautiful. I may contact Jordans about the scratch/chip.

Jordan's is always my first place to shop for furniture. The selection is incredible and the prices are mostly competitive. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I found some great living room tables in the main showroom. I also found a great deal on a kitchen table and chairs set in the clearance section. It was all delivered and set up in my home as promised. It all looks great! Quality furniture at a good value.

Jordan's is tough... on one hand, the Enchanted Village, LITE show, and Polar Express are all very enjoyable for children of all ages, 1-92. On the other hand, the furniture is decent but overpriced. Also, the fact they make you walk through the entire store (practically), after the LITE show is over to leave the building is a sham.

Marshall's blueberry muffins are delicious. They are the saving grace. Merry Christmas (happy holidays).

The place was absolutely huge and had amazing Furniture. We went there for their Christmas decorations. We saw the Christmas decorations which took 10 minutes to walk through but an hour and a half in line to do so. I would go see those decorations again however I would not wait an hour and a half. I would go during the week where there would be no wait. As far as the furniture their selection is absolutely amazing but I find it a bit pricey

Went to see Enchanted Village. It was breath taking

Great furniture and decent prices. The atmosphere is a little snotty, but the enchanted village is wonderful.

I purchased my first Rowe sofa set from Jordan's in 1995. It was a beautiful set, and is still in excellent condition. I was in the market for a new sofa set this spring, and of course I decided to go back to Jordan's for another quality Rowe sofa set. I purchased a custom made Rowe set for $8,000.00, and took delivery at the end of April.
Within a month or so, to my horror, I started to notice that the upholstery was fuzzing and pilling like a cheap acrylic sweater. I couldn't believe my eyes as the fabric disintegrated by the day, with lumpy, bumpy, fuzzy pills all over it like a 1980s cardigan. We had hardly used the sofa! The zipper broke on one of its $200 toss pillows, too. The set was shopworn, tired, and deteriorated, as if I had given it 20 years of hard usage.
We had spent several hundred extra dollars on the Warranty, so naturally, I called up to see what Jordan's could do about the defective fabric and zipper on a sofa that was a few weeks old. I was told that my remedy was for a tech to come out and use a "sweater eater" to get rid of the pilling all over it the upholstery of my brand new $8,000.00 sofa set. Thirty years ago, I can remember using the same cheap device to try to rejuvenate cheap acrylic sweaters that had been washed a hundred times! I was incredulous....
I stayed home to wait for the tech to show up during his 3 hour window. He came in, viewed the sofa, agreed that the pilling was bad, and handed me a $5.48 Walmart "sweater eater" so that I could install batteries in it and spend a few hours "sweater-eating" my own brand new, $8,000.00 sofas.
Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. An $8,000, weeks old Jordan's Furniture Rowe sofa set should not need fabric remediation. It should not fuzz and pill. And the remedy is definitely not for me to spend hours with a $5 "sweater eater" shaving the pills, fuzz, knots and loose threads of my new sofa set.
Let the buyer beware. My experience was terrible, and nothing like my previous experiences with Jordan's Furniture or Rowe sofas. The Warranty that I was sold for several hundred dollars is a joke, as well. I am done with Jordan's and Rowe as well.; I paid for quality, and did not receive it.

The part that, I saw was good my family and I went to Jordan's Furniture Basement and my family and I bought a small piece of furniture (TV stand) and the service was good they a good amount of selection there (Avon Store) and not bad prices however, two small problem was one of, the employees had something on hold and the item did not show it and the sales person was shocked herself (on the item we bought) so, that was a disappointing and one more small note we was going to have a rug added to our order but, every order is 12 % delivery so since they would charge us twice we declined it doesn't make sense to be charged twice and they put it the same truck for delivery so, look out for that, if you shop for furniture Thier.

I ordered my recliners over the phone, having previously visited the Avon store and picked them out. Joe Siciliano was GREAT!!! He made sure I had the correct sku number and double checked the color for me. He sent me a follow-up email with his contact info in case I had any questions, AND (here's the amazing part) he got my email while on HIS DAY OFF and got right back to me. Amazing!!! Thank you Joe.

Sales experience great at store, but deliverymen made no attempt to make sure customer inspected delivered goods or had any questions about the merchandise.

Reminiscent of the original Filenes Basement of the old, Jordan's clearance room served up a dose of deja vu. If the price isn't right, hold tight, it'll drop in a few days (leather office chair). Grab an authentic blueberry muffin,(guarded recipie)ice cream ($2.) or popcorn ($1.)as you exit. Holiday Time, catch the "enchanted village" that used to grace dowtown Boston's original Jordan Marsh's window.

I bought a bedroom set from Jordan's and the entire experience was great. I especially appreciated allowing me to have my furniture held while renovation work was being completed in my home, without any extra charges. This turned out to be a significant amount of time.

The sales people were pleasant and helpful. When my original order had to be returned to the manufacturer and I came back looking for another comparable set, the salesperson knew of a comparable set and I have been very happy with it.

The delivery process was also great. The delivery people were pleasant and showed up during the delivery window that was assigned to me.

We recently purchased two reclining motion chairs with power headrests (tilt) from the Avon store. We had a delightful experience with Carolyn Van Petten. My wife and I have strong preferences and research these purchases in the extreme. Carolyn was very pleasant and most knowledgeable. She fielded all our questions and we highly valued her opinions. She wanted to be sure that we made the best possible selection - for us! We feel fortunate to have worked with such a professional!

We had a great experience We had a excellent sales person Megan McGuire She was so good not only did we buy a living room set we also bought a kitchen set. She told us about the 60 months interest free. We couldn't pass up that deal. Delivery was great. But the living room set was so much more comfortable in the store. Kind of disappointed.

I went to the Avon store to buy an adjustable bed and mattress. Mattress was delivered and slept on but I was not happy with the quilted mattress. When I contacted my sales rep, Elizabeth Vargas, she was more than accommodating. I told her what I didn't like about it and that I wished to swap it out and she arranged to meet me at the sleep lab so I could try other mattresses. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, helped me pick out a headboard and footboard for my comfort and made me feel so good about my purchase. I would recommend Jordan's to anyone looking for a bed or mattress and would ask for Elizabeth anytime I need a future purchase. She made me feel like she cared about my wants and needs. I am a very happy customer.

Super huge place, for Xmas has enchanted village which is really nice. An indoor type skating rink. Plus MOM ride, and a whole lot more. I visit anytime for just about anything.

The Jordan experience is the gold bar standard in the industry. The fact is if everyone did business as well as Jordans furniture does this world would be a better place. Anywhere you start, the people, the selection of products, the terms that are available to purchase furniture, the efficiency and care in the shipping process or anywhere in between, these people have the system to beat. I needed to surprise my wife with a unique and well built gift yesterday, and it was sitting in her office the next day! The piece is beautiful. I will spread the news where ever I go about the wonderful experiences my wife and I have had a Jordan s furniture. Dave McCarthy sold us a bed and he was excellent! He was so personable and knowledgeable. We bought a bed and then changed our mind to another model the next day and he took care of it with no issues. He is so professional. We highly recommend him.

Took the kids to Enchanted village at Avon/Jordan's furniture this past weekend and it was a great experience for the family. Just excercise some patience at the line getting in....its worth the wait. Dont forget to visit and enjoy the 4D polar express showing and the "lite" as its called; the ice skating experience and Santa is also in the house ...dont forget to pick up your photos!

Lots of fun to just wander and drool. Great bargain section with fabulous prices to fit within your checkbook. My leather sofa, love seat and tables are 22 years old, still look great and are as comfortable as you could ask for. My extra firm 1 year old mattress is a dream! I love the Magnolia collection! Jordan's is fun!

I've shopped at Jordans for years. They are consistent in their customer service. I will say this last time was my best experience. The sales woman was awesome and really helpful, but most importantly the delivery driver was OUTSTANDING!!! I couldn't get into my apartment and he made his other deliveries and then came back when I was able to get the keys. This is really a pain because of the way the trucks are loaded, but he didn't hestitate. Thank you!!

Jordan's, upon verification that our prior 3 year old mattress was defective gave a us full credit for replacement mattress. Salesperson was super helpful in hassisting us select a new mattress and adding new pillows. We highly recommend Jordan's Furniture .

The Christmas display is great. It seems to me Jordan's is fixing the moving dolls. They look brand new! The staff was very pleasant, my kids had a great time, and there was plenty of parking.

Love the lite show, not a fan of over priced furniture

We went to ICE skating and was surprised to see that we have to do "Ice" skating on a sheet of plastic , Good for beginners but experienced will not enjoy the rough plastic floor.
