We were shopping for two items. A sleeper couch, our daughter was purchasing. And a Love Seat for our home. We had Rick for a sales associate and he was very thorough in showing us all available options on design, comparing the differences, available fabrics, colors, mattress choices for our daughters sleeper couch, and features on our Love Seat. We have a small area where the Love Seat needs to go and Rick explained which design would work best. Our daughter and we made the purchase that same day not needing to check any other furniture stores. It was a very pleasant buying experience.
