The leather couch I bought was expensive

The leather couch I bought was expensive
when I realized that sitting on it made the look like a Shar-Pei fur
Old and wrinkled after only six months
I called Jordan s to explain the cushions we re not sitting on We re still beautiful but the other side after six months looks horrible
the representative explained I should expect the leather to look old and wrinkled
she never return my calls or emails and the one conversation I did have before sending the pictures
she told me to call the manufacturer and that I should expect the leather to look like that
I m not in furniture sales and I don t sell leather products so how was I to know that? I would not have bought the couch they explain that
so now I have I have a couch that looks old and the other section that looks new and only after six months I think it s ridiculous What was insulting ,she seemed annoyed and that I was bothering her
Never bothered to send anyone over to check out my situation just ignored me
I shop at Bob s furniture store now And anytime anybody comes over and says what s wrong with the couch I say I bought it at Jordan s furniture not great advertisement for Jordan s
