I ordered my recliners over the phone, having previously visited the Avon store and picked them out. Joe Siciliano was GREAT!!! He made sure I had the correct sku number and double checked the color for me. He sent me a follow-up email with his contact info in case I had any questions, AND (here's the amazing part) he got my email while on HIS DAY OFF and got right back to me. Amazing!!! Thank you Joe.
Delivery was made during the time specified and was quick and efficient. Thanks for a very positive experience. Now I need the Sox to have a perfect game!
