DAY 3 OF A BROKEN BED. Just purchased a king platf...

DAY 3 OF A BROKEN BED. Just purchased a king platform electric bed from Avon.

DAY 1 delivery guys set up bed, and it was stuck in the up position. Technician gave me attitude on the phone likes it my fault. Unable to to make it here before I have to pick up kids and not be here. So it's my fault customer service says.

DAY 2 NO TECHNICAN AVAILABLE BECAUSE NOT IN THE AREA.

DAY 3 DELIVERY GUYS ARRIVE WITH NEW PLATFORM. Again 2 hours later not resolved. Again customer service trying to find blame on something. So now have to wait for a technician again... STANDBY TO STANDBY....
