This is my second revieuw for John Beerens in 4 months. I have placed an order here 4x and I am very happy with it. You can buy top brands here for a great price. The first time I had to wait a few days, but then exactly the next day I received the order. I think it's a top case

I have been regularly ordering products from JohnB...

I have been regularly ordering products from JohnBeerens for a few months and I am very satisfied with the super customer service! The products are top they sell and with every product you get detailed explanation! My hair is therefore back in top shape by using the right and high-quality products! The customer service is excellent and a new product was immediately sent to me for free when it turned out that a bottle pump was not working! Now I order all my products from JohnBeerens and would like to recommend this company to everyone!

Can I give less than 1 star?
Ordered products for 60 euros. Still no delivery after 1 week. then sent an email and received no reply. A week later sent another email and still no answer. Meanwhile, 3 weeks and 3 mails later, still not heard. I am not confident that I will see the products or my money.

Olie voor mijn haar besteld van 44,90 euro. Blijkt achteraf ook een set van 44,90 euro te zijn maar dan zit er dry body oil bij. Was fijn geweest als je daar op gewezen wordt als je die olie los besteld. Contact gehad met de klantenservice maar ze kunnen niks doen. Ik mag wel het product terug sturen, mits ongebruikt en ongeopend, en dan de set bestellen. Ja dat had ik zelf ook bedacht maar het product natuurlijk al geopent.... en ja nu inmiddels ook gebruikt.

Unfortunately, my curling iron no longer worked properly. Contacted them and I received an answer within 2 hours. I was allowed to send the curling iron to have it examined and within a week I received a new one! Wow! Fast and good service!

Will not be delivered. Ordered January 29 and still nothing received. Meanwhile 2 emails have been sent but there is no response. How can you campaign with Adwords and promise anything and everything on the site. Another webshop to write off. In short worthless! 1 star is still too much. Let's see if they wake up this way.

1 product was missing on delivery.

1 product was missing on delivery.
Called John Beerens about this, after which the missing product would still be sent to us, but at our request to a DHL collection point. This went wrong because the recipient of the collection point had made a mistake that prevented the product from being delivered.
Called JB who handled it excellently and with excuses.

1 month later still having problems with it. Send the package back, and what do they do ... they send the products again. Of the 10 emails I sent them, they gave 1x feedback. What a misery

How can this company still have positive reviews? What a bad service, I suspect that this company is buying the reviews. There are website companies where you can buy reviews. This is to artificially uphold their rating or stars. Just buy Google on reviews. Menee Berends If you cannot deliver items properly, just stop your company website neatly.

Ordered 29/08. Product not received. Refused at collection point. Return to sender on 02/09. Package according to track and trace already returned to sender. No communication about this. No refund. Customer has to wait. Poor service. Reviews are correct. Do NOT order here.

Really bad service. 2 weeks have to wait for package .. I always wondered where the mail went. I called and emailed them .. you are just 10 minutes on hold. There is no answer and after 10 e-mails to different e-mail addresses no answer. Really VERY bad. Never had such a bad experience. Fortunately, good products .. but would not dare to send them back because I am afraid that something will go wrong with the payment and since they do not respond ....... fill in yourself

On Wednesday I was informed that they had received the flat iron and that I received the hairdryer. That was already on Thursday, January 17. Really super !!! What has that been going fast? Excellent service!
Unfortunately, something went wrong with the delivery via DHL, which meant that I had to wait two weeks for my package. I contacted this by e-mail and received an answer immediately. I have been helped very well and they are very involved until the package reaches you. Because of the long waiting time I received an extra gift as compensation, while the fault was with DHL. I definitely order here!

An order was placed on Friday with products that were indicated to be in stock. The webshop promises that orders will be delivered the following day before 10 p.m. Only one product was delivered after 1.5 weeks. No responses to emails and no actions after phone calls. The rest of the order was delivered more than two weeks after the order date. That's a shame, because this webshop has great products.

I hardly ever write a review but would like to compliment John Beerens on this one. Products are top notch + good prices. But the best was the customer service and especially: Latoya! I had some problems with my order and then delivery. She really helped me a lot and I often order here. I also use olaplex and sugarbear hair. This web store has everything I need. Ordered a spray on March 24 and received it broken. I had to send it back. 3 emails sent and had no response. Now it's April 23 (one month later) and I called. Poor customer service, says they have "a little" delay with the returns and answer the mailbox. Could still not get an answer about the status of my return, I would hear this within 7 days ... Never buy anything from John Beerens this will cost you dearly.
As soon as you open the packaging, in another way you can use the article nml. do not watch, Jonh Beerens depreciates 30% depreciation. Without having used the product. So if the product does not meet your expectations, you pay John Beeren 30% of the purchase price. Add to that the costs of return and you have lost a considerable amount.
